It is just what the title says. What is your least favourite video game genre? For me, it is the sports genre. Most of the time, I could just go outside and play sports. There are some exceptions, mainly ones that aren't realistic.

Well there's the sport genre. Simulating physical sports? C'mon that's even worse then the actual game. I'd rather play actual tennis then play it on my Wii. Sure, my arm may get tired but its because I'm actual doing something 'active,' moving around a court and not gesturing with my hands.

Everyone hating on the sports genre? Personally I don't mind sports games. I mean it's not like I can tell an actual football player to fall over simply for my amusement and expect him to actually do it, right? No, sports isn't the worst in my opinion. There is one kind of game that really irks me though. Badly made Indie titles. Things like Slender or those real mindf**ks for no reason kind of games. Now I'm okay with good indie titles, it's just the terrible ones that get me. If you don't count indie titles as a genre then I get you, and I have prepared a list of other genres that I don't really like too much.

Generic FPS (I don't mind the occasional COD but buying one every year is a waste of money), Non-scar y Horrors (I put both Slender and Amnesia in here, though opinions vary from person to person) and retro platformers. (Not so much for them being bad, just boring and incompletable since I can't save and come back)

I could probably find flaws in every genre but this does it for the lowest on my list. I am a person who will give anything a try game-wise so I don't outright hate any genre. Hope at least something I said counts seeing as most of these are just parts of genres and not genres in their entirety. Thanks for your time.
