nope, I didn't forget. I just tend to not post a new picture there very oftne. I just don't care to. Plus there haven't been many new pictures in the last couple weeks. The glasses is the best new picture I have.

I have no idea.... I haven't seen the movie yet and have no idea what sort of reason for that opinion.

Although I agree that it is possible that the formula is incorrect in some way. We already know that both fission and fusion create large quantities of energy and if we could actually break matter down it should create a lot more energy than either fission or fusion we just can't actually accomplish this task yet. Maybe it requires anti-matter to accomplish that equation. I don't know...

And yeah it is against the rules. While we probably won't ban someone for swearing once in a while, it will get you banned if it becomes excessive.

I have another question. If cussing is against the rules, why isn't it in the FAQ? Because, until I saw a thread in one of the mod-only forums, I was 100% unaware. I knew that excessive cussing was forbidden, but cussing in general...

those rules are outdated.... they were modified slightly for this board but really are not comprehensive enough.

I don't see why people would think just because it's not in the rules that they can come onto a message board like this and just swear away. It makes no sense to me. There are very few message boards out there that allow swearing of every kind.

wow, that was 10 years ago for me.... thanks for making me feel old!

I was pretty excited of course. The freedom of being able to take the car and go where I wanted to go without having to work it out with the parents first. It doesn't get much better than that.

Although looking back I think 16 is too young to be letting people drive all on their own. I'm pretty sure it's changing from 16 to 18 where I live which I think is smart. 16-18 year old males account for a large majority of crashes and tickets.... keeping them off the road for those 2 years might help them mature a little bit more and prevent some of the accidents they get in to.

Yay for another I'm older than all of you so I have perspective on life you don't rants.

it might, except there aren't many responsible people between 16 and 18.

And again, perspective means a lot.... while I agree you aren't going to be tons more mature at 18 than 16, I think it's enough of a difference to probably save a lot of lives by making this sort of a change.

I think it's a bad idea . I'm not sure how the rules treat you over there but if you get caught doing that over here then the insurance that usually works on your car becomes void because you're underage and without a license.... which means that if you crash you become liable for the costs.
