It's been awhile since I've posted on the forums but i figured id start by posting here. Do you think that the games for dead systems will ever be declared public domain and legal to emulate? Also, do you think the fact that video game copyrights last for 75 years is unfair to the consumer seeing as most games even after 10 years are never commercially seen again?

How is it unfair exactly? If you want to play a game then buy it. Whether the copyright is 10 or 25 or 75 years it doesn't really matter.

I'm not sure why the fact that it's a hacked game means you should cheat to beat it. I've played hacked games that were hacked to be harder than the originals. I just don't understand cheating to play a game. Takes the fun out of it to me.
