imhere : I don't think 2012 will be the end of the world either. The reference I'm sure you're getting is the Mayan calendar "ending" in 2012. All that is (according to what I've read) is the end of an age. The calendar lasted for a certain number of years and then a new age would come about. It's not the end of the world but a shift into something different. And the shift might not even really take effect in 2012 but simply be started then but take full effect many years later.... we don't really know. Not worth getting worked up over though. People have been predicting the "end of the world" for many years and no one has been correct so far.
