Totts : you use the url tag to create a link, you have to use it twice once before and once after the link you want to make.... the same goes for image if you have an image you want show from the internet... you stick the img link on either side of the url that links to that image and it should show the image....

kind of like this:

(img) http://thisistheimage.com (/img)

now imagine that used the [ and ] instead of ( and ) and you should be able to do it
