Hyper: I like lots of music. I generally listen to techno for the most part but I find the older I get the more my music tastes have spread out.

Well, I know at least 1 requirement is that you have to have been a member for a year and another one is that you need to have contributed to the board in some way. Like being staff or helping out with something. I don't think these are hard and fast rules or anything.... but Vizzed Elite is something that David picks and it's only for people he feels are worthy. It will always be a very small group of people. I think there are only 25 out of the total membership of 30,000+.
