Well I think I would probably have to go with blastoise as well because he can learn ice moves which gives him an advantage over Venusaur and Charizard since water beats fire and grass is weak to ice. Overall it would be a pretty good fight though considering that they are all good pokemon in their own aspect. Anything could happen though, but I would give the upper hand to blastoise here...Charizard also has a pretty good chance as well though. Each pokemon has its own advantages against the other two stat wise as well as in their move pools, but I think that Blastoise has a slightly better chance because of its better coverage. Good question by the way.

Well seeing as how Charizard is so overpowered I think he would win because if we are counting megas. He could transform in to mega zard Y and then solar beam blastoise and charizard against venasaur is obvious who would win.
