Hello fellow bronies and pegasisters.. and people who just want to post for competition i have returned, 

Frodlex : Firstly at some point would i be able to have my forum back? If so then i have a few very minor changes that i want to make.

Secondly.... Depending on the first matter, if i do receive ownership of this forum again, i'm planning on perhaps getting everyone's OC's and making it into a group picture, essentially a wallpaper.. as a layout would be hard to make. 

Thirdly, According to the first matters response again.. I probably will hold Mod applications again. The forum isn't active enough to warrant this many moderators and to be quite honest, it doesn't appear as your doing much to begin with.

Welcome back! And, yeah, there is kind of an excessive amount of mods. But that wallpaper sounds like a cool idea.

Your forum back, that can be arranged, as for mods and the forum activity and all. I have to agree with you there, the forum doesn't have nearly enough activity to warrant anywhere near this many moderators. I didn't even add Mrfe for one, that was Manic's doing. Mrfe and User haven't shown all that much initiative in actually moderating to forum or acting towards progressive development. I really haven't said all too much in the forum due to lack of major activity. Hunter worked towards taking matters into his own hand to a degree, he feels that more times than not he's right and refuses to moderate as a team rather than a lone wolf who does things his way and his way alone. This has been worked on but is still a current problem.

That's more or less a (very quick) summary on the current events surrounding the forum mods and all of that, plenty more to say though.

You're a lone wolf who thinks his view on things is perfection, you're biased, close minded and you think when it comes to leadership and modding you are with out little doubt a better moderator than others or a better leader, you always think your view is correct.

As for "cleaning up" you do so without communicating with other mods or at the very least the forum owner, you're a lone wolf and refuse to work with others. That very fact is why I see you as the weakest link in the mod list even though there mostly everyone else is inactive in regards to this forum.You let your confidence turn to cockiness, your cockiness to arrogance, your arrogance to pride. You have every potential to do well as a mod, but you refuse to take your place in a team, and when you do you see yourself above others, you've got some thinking to do if you think your the second in command here.

Frodlex : When Herpy passed down the ownership of this forum it went to manic then he gave it to you then you gave it back to him for a birthday present and he gave it back to you. That is the biggest thing to happen in this forum after Herpy left!
The passing back and forth of this forum has lead me to think neither of you are responsible enough to run a forum. The activity in this forum went to poop and I didn't think anyone cared anymore so I started to pick up the pieces and started taking this into my own hands as you just sat around and twiddled your thumbs. Nobody but me did much in here. Like I said earlier I take leadership when no one is leading and that is what I did. You say I'm the weakest link I haven't seen you do crap except make the ask oc's thread. Your blind if you haven't seen user and manic do anything iv watched this forum and all its post. If I would list mod activity it would go me, user, manic, you, mrfe. You don't think I put in team effort when I would gladly work in a team if you would actually pull your own weight!

hunter31626 : Huge difference between posting and mod activity, I never post much, not even as a moderator, but I do my job and I watch over my forums. I may not do much, but I watch everything, and as an actual mod I can see actions people do, everything from a post to a game comment. And when it comes down to it I do a lot more than you realize, I believe the term you used is "behind the curtains". I don't draw attention because I never really wanted it, why I still don't aim for it even as a moderator. I see 90% of the post anywhere as spam and I don't like even posting in a thread I see as spam. But I watch over everything that goes on in my forums, be it a post like, post dislike, a post, a comment on someones profile regarding a thread in one of my forums even, I am far more active than you realize, however I simply don't post in every little thread that goes through my forum. If you actually paid a little more attention you would have easily noticed this, you don't look beneath the surface of things, you place things into a stereotype of sorts and see it only as that until you realize it is otherwise, which normally you don't seeing as you lose care in most things, I've told you how I want things handled before, you refuse to pay any attention to them, possibly due to a lack of respect.

As for leadership. If you cared or ever stayed on long enough to be around I've held moderator discussion in the brony room from time to time, you always idle offline after checking once every few hours, you don't stick around other to check one or two things. When I go out of my way to contact you you simply disregard it after a small argument and power struggle, you refuse to answer to order, and if you feel it's because you don't agree with what I call order, confirm that feeling and actively become a part, communicate and convince me otherwise. As it stands now you don't have much of my respect in this matter.

Frodlex : can you please declare that I own this forum now.. I want to get this over and done with.

Regardless of how you feel this forum should be run or how much you believe others actually post here, the thing I actually think that matters most when you are moderating is working well with the other moderators you share a forum with. After all I could have quite easily hired no mods but myself when creating this forum as the activity has never been substantial and it seems to have declined since I have gone.?

A core group of 5 members can make a forum active constantly if they are all willing to participate and not let their ego's get in the way. ?If you need an example look at when this forum first opened and it had over 1,000 posts within a pretty short amount of time.?

Also just for the curious when I get confirmation that I own the my little pony forum again,I will be hiring 2/3 mods maximum, I may apply some sort of application process but it won't be something complicated just something very basic... This forum needs a change of direction and I am here to do that.

If either of you have any questions regarding this let me know??

Frodlex : You say its a huge difference between posting and mod activity when you have actually been combining the 2 into 1 with the quota.

You have not contacted me in a long while. As for brony chat iv got no purpose to be there since I have no power there so there's no need to watch it. The only time you will see me enter brony chat on my own is when the new mlp ep comes on as you probably have seen. If the last thing you see is that I signed out its because I'm in school and when in school if I don't log out of vizzed the next time I go on the same computer and go on vizzed ill still be logged on.
You can contact me fine as I don't need to be online for you to type me a pm or comment. I check Pm's first before I check comments FYI. I usually check vizzed 20 times a day sometimes more if I'm expecting something.

As for respect I think we should carry this into a pm?

Yeah, I know I'm kinda inactive, go ahead, condemn me for that. But I don't know exactly HOW to make it more active. Basically everything to discuss is already a thread.

In lighter discussion, I would be interested in reviewing if only I had Skype, or a computer that could handle it. That being said I may be getting both of those at some points, I stay caught up on the series and would be more than interested in reviewing episodes. However I'm simply not a reliable choice due to my lack of Skype at the current time. If you're interested however I can let you know when and if I get Skype. But you may have a partner by then. Would you even remotely be interested in a third at some point?

Drackus : Yeah, but does it really require a response like that man? We're just here to chill, for the most part it stays in our forum and all, plus we seem to co-exist with other people fairly well, but still man. You use "brony" like some stereotype, we're simply people with our own preferences, interests, artistic values, religious values etc.

Another key thing to mention is that your post was rather spammy, it had nothing to even do with the conversation going on in this thread and really doesn't belong in this thread at all, however it's your first post so I'm not going to give you a hard time about it, everyone makes these mistakes at some point, I know I did once too, but please don't do it again, spam is looked down upon on this site and I don't want to lose a potential member of the board that easily.

Well where i am brony is one of those hush hush things, and as for my response, i didn't have the idea that i could just jump in and be n it, i'm sorry i "spammed" but i was too excited, and as for the conversation, I shall read and reply as appropriated.

Welcome back to Vizzed and welcome back to the forum! Granted most of my time is spent talking to various users and watching the Starfox, Zelda, and Bomberman forum and not much on this one...BUT STILL!!! Its good to see original members returning.
