So there's a rumor going around that paper is poisonous. That's irrelevant, so don't talk about it in this thread.

There are tons of things to eat for breakfast -- Actually, there's literally an infinite amount of things to eat for breakfast (or at least 999+ googolplex things). But I've narrowed it down to the iconic breakfasts that people sometimes eat for dinner. There are pancakes, waffles, french toast, german pancakes (aka dutch baby pancakes), and crepes (which you're not allowed to vote for because they're practically dessert).

Myself, I love crepes, but I'm not allowed to say that because they're practically desert. So I'm going to have to go with French toast. I love bread and I love the batter used to cook them with. They go great with every topping (so do waffles, but those darn syrup traps make cream cheese nearly impossible to spread), and they taastteee sooo goood. My mother knows this method of cooking French toast where you put a caramel syrup glaze and pecans on a special type of bread, then put them in a pan and stick them in the oven... That method is probably very unhealthy, but it tastes incredible.

So tell me. Which breakfast is the best breakfast?

Most of the time for school I have like a breakfast sandwich or cereal or something quick because I don't have the time to prepare a large breakfast, but on weekends, I think pancakes, waffles and french toast are all good since I have had all of them over the weekend. I would have to say waffles from the waffle maker are the best though because they come out so fluffy and delicious, along with some sausage, eggs and bacon, yum! So that is why my vote goes to waffles! Thanks a lot, now I am hungry....

TheFadedWarrior : I don't think many people are going to agree with what your options due to the lack of them... Most people eat cereal or just plain toast.. Some like Fried Breakfasts, Some like porridge.. And some just don't eat breakfast at all.

Personally I'll probably just make myself a sandwich as there's not many foods that i actively eat...  but i suppose if i had to choose it'd be crepes just because they can be used to make sweet and savoury meals.. And after all variety is the spice of life.. Or less boring breakfasts in this case

I guess the best breakfast for me isn't the most common for most of you, but I definitely love tuyo (or dried fish in english) with fried plain rice or bagoong rice (fried rice with shrimp paste) and sliced tomatoes together with green mangoes and patis(fish sauce) as side dish for breakfast.

I'll be the one to tell you from what's on the list, I really like waffles, not sure on why I think waffles are better than the rest, maybe it's because with those little pockets in the waffles that holds syrup and also the taste of waffles are also good as well.

I hate sweet stuff for breakfast, for me eating something sweet for breakfast is like rolling out of bed and eating a fist full of candy, that just don't do it for me. If I have to pick out of your list I would have to say waffles. They are crunchy and fluffy and have little boxes on them to make syrup swimming pools.

I like a mans breakfast, something hearty.

I love french toast, but I love homemade pancakes even more. Usually when I make pancakes, I caramelize some banana's in brown sugar to put on them too. Delicious!

I always feel like vomiting just seeing anything sweet on the table for breakfast. Don't get me wrong, I love sweets specially desserts, but they are just not meant for my mornings (don't give me jams and nutella on mornings or you'll just mess up my mood for the whole day. But if you give those to me at night, you'll be my instant friend). I just usually eat something near tasteless or salty for breakfast instead.
