i have 2 secrets in this game ..
1.get 31 stars and beat boswer for the second time then go to the 50 star door and do a backwards long jump through the stars and you will get past the 50 star door without 50 stars next the endless stars and do the backwards long jump again to skip past the endless stars to defeat boswer for the 3rd time and beat the game with only 31 stars if you are good enough to get past the 50 star door ..i have beaten this game with 0 stars by using the gameshark for the N64 ..

Jesse Powell : I know a cool trick in Whomp's Fortress which allows you to get the star, "Blast Away the Wall", without using the cannon.
Anyway, you climb up until you reach the first skinny brown board. Then you run forward, and right before collecting the fifth coin, you steer off to the left and drop off. It may take a few tries, but eventually, Mario will grab the ledge right where the star is, grabbing it.

Are you talking about the TAS jump where you go through a black void and fight Bowser for the last time with 0 stars? I love the first one with only 31 or 21 stars I think, I forgot.

With the "Black Void" glitch, you can skip the whole game. O_o

I have known about that glitch for more than a year. I have done it quite a few times. I know a very strange and cool glitch in Big Boo's Haunt. Go next to the red platform at the bottom of the course, do many backward long jumps on it very fast, and then you will go outside of the course!
