This site is family friendly right?....right? well apparently not.. you guys need some more active, or at least more paying attention mods in General. last I checked, it's "General Chat for all ages!" that means you could be a fetus and go in there. and that means there should be Curtosy. well most people don't have that, and frankly, most of them don't even try. so you know, I'm just in chat chilling with my friends and having a good time. I had already gotten enough ridicule from my family and some others, and this time is when I can just relax and be happy. But then someone tells me they hate me because I gave them Cancer...? I don't even have Cancer, and even if I did they have never even come in contact with the physical me. I'm one of those with a easy breaking point, so that really upset me. I was hoping for my friends to back me up... well, unfortunatley, no. Not very. and everyone was talking to the guy like he was the best in the world while I was just having a mental breakdown... well It makes me upset. even Vanelan was there! I just...can I get some help? please? Just cheer me up. because at this point, everything is just a terrible terrible thing.

Gingercream1 : I'm sorry for your experience in General chat. We try to be as active as possible in the chat rooms as we can. I'm sorry that the mods that were in there weren't meeting your expectations.

Also, this probably would have been better as a PM to global mods, rather than making a thread about it.

Gingy, Sorry I wasn't paying much attention to chat.. I was working on a project and only saw have of the argument.. somebody said that? that is horrible.. you know I am your friend and I love you girl.. if I would of been paying closer attention to what was actually going on maybe I could have standed up for you.. if you ever need to talk I am here for you.

I didn't think you'd take it literally. And I think everyone else thought you were kidding about being upset. Emotions don't really translate well via text.

Gingercream1 : It seems that the users are honestly sorry and the mods I spoke to honestly didn't realize how upset you were at the time otherwise they probably would have taken action.

I'm sorry that you felt bullied. The users in chat are generally friendly. Their only shortcoming is that they probably joke around a little TOO much.

Anyways, if you every have an issue you can always come to the Global moderators and we will take care of the situation ASAP.

play4fun : I think this situation got out of hand a little fast, but I think that it's blown over for the most part. An honest mistake by the parties involved. No vicious intent in my opinion.
