I only brush my teeth once a day. I can't be bothered to brush them when I get up, so I leave it until before I go to bed. I've never really had any problems with my teeth (which is good), except for having a filling in one of them. I know that you're supposed to brush at least twice a day, but I never did (and still don't).

I brush my teeth 2 times a day, once in the morning after waking up and another before going to bed and also sometimes in between the day. I like to take good care of my teeth and when I go to the dentist I don't get any cavities. I also have invisalign braces which are like trays that go over my teeth that I have to wear for most if the day so I have to brush those also. But for the most part I brush 2 times a day and some days I also use mouthwash and floss as well. Good question.

It depends on how you brush, too. One thorough brushing at night might be enough, since there's no clear reason why we brush again in the morning. At least that I'm aware of.

I honestly only brush my teeth like once a day, I hate the taste of toothpaste, and I don't like doing things I hate.

When I do brush though, I'm incredibly thorough, and put much more time into it. Some put in as few as 2 minutes, I put in 10 minutes every night before I go to bed.

I brush my teeth every morning. I find it gross and unhygenic to not brush at least once everyday. A lot of plaque will build up.
