I loved all of the Space Quest games but my favorite was "Space Quest IV: Roger Wilco and the Time Rippers" because of the Easter Eggs. More specifically, when in the time machine, Roger can travel back to earlier versions of the game. When he travels to SQ1 - 3, the landscapes are of the earlier graphical styles but Roger remains of the same pixelation as found in IV.

These games were funny too, with items like thermal underwear. Also, I remember finding the parts to build the ship in Space quest III was pretty fun.
