About a month or so ago I was told by some of my friends that this really pretty girl liked me, now at the time I was just getting over a break up so I really didn't pay them any mind, but now I have been kinda starting to like her. Me and her have been friends since the beginning of the school year, so I didn't want it to become awkward between us. Quite recently though I told one of my friends that I kinda liked the girl, and then she basically turned around and told the girl I liked her, and that she should sit with us at lunch. Sure enough she did and of course it was really awkward because I didn't know what she was told exactly. Eventually though it started to get a bit less awkward between us, but the entire time was thinking to myself "Why did she have to tell her???" 

So my question to you is what should I do about this entire situation? and Why do girls do that kind of stuff?

I am not a girl so I can't answer that last question . But if you really do like her then you can just hang out with her and ur other friend to make it less awkward like .. do rocket science or revise the periodic table or play CALL OF DUTY GHOSTS ! I sound like a lunatic don't I ? Anywho just continue talking and if you get the vybe that she likes you too then you can go to the next level WO ! 

I don't know your friend, so I can't really give you an accurate answer as to why she told the pretty girl that you kind of liked her. But I want to know, is she one of your friends that told you that the pretty girl liked you a month or so ago? If she is, then I can kind of see why she told the girl.

Since the cat's out of the bag, why not take it to the next level? You know that she likes you, and you like her. I think your friend is trying to set you guys up together.

Why not ask the pretty girl out?

Mistress : I think my main problem is they told me a month ago so I don't entirely if she still does or just moved on. But I guess I'll see how things go with her, talk to her some more, play Ghosts with her, and who knows maybe next I'll have to write about how I have a girlfriend XD

Well, used to all the girls in my school did this.. especially when that girl was friends with the other girl that you liked. I think she was probably trying to help you and hook you guys up sense you both liked each other.



Maybe you should just express your feelings to this girl.. especially sense you both like each other that is a plus!


I wouldn't worry to much about it though! It will all work out

Well, I am your friend is trying to set you two up. Since you both pretty much like each other, go for it.

And even though I am a girl... I really don't know why they do that kind of stuff ^^;

If you told a girl who's her friend, the friend is protecting her and making sure she understands what is going on.  Kids are really protective of their feelings and how they react around other people.

Just talk to her and see what she has to say.  Ask questions, listen to her response, and ask another question.  Ask her about herself and see how cool she is.  If you still like her, keep talking to her.  If you decide she's not as cool as she seems, break it off.
