Yeah, my* problem is that my laptop seems to make a *bu**nc*h of those little thin******gs while I am typing, and it is really annoying. I know it is not jamed because I can pull the key up an*d it will still do it. Any thoughts?

That is a pretty weird glitch dude, I don't really know what to do about that. I noticed this in the other thread that you just recently made asking if you use the Christmas background and at a first glance I thought you were swearing, but then I realized that they were just jumbled up in between your words. But yeah I was wondering why those were there. 

I don't know what it could be if you said that it wasn't your key being jammed. That is very odd indeed Hopefully you can get it fixed because it looks kind of annoying XD

Does this only happen on the right side of the keyboard, in a sort of... diagonal column that contains the 8 key?

I've had a similar problem once, and it was because my keyboard ribbons were sticky after I had spilled some tea on my machine months ago.

Try removing all the keyboard keys, take some isopropyl alcohol (in this case, rubbing alcohol would do), and clean your keyboard very well, focusing on the star key. Make sure you take a picture of your keyboard so you know how to put them back. Also clean the underside of the keys.

Hope that helps. It's almost certainly a hardware problem, so I don't think you need to worry about reinstalling drivers and stuff.

It looks as if your problem might be solved because I haven't seen any of your reason posts with these annoying little star symbols anymore. Perhaps unplug your keyboard plug and put it back in again and then thoroughly clean your keyboard and everything under the keys and then see if it happens again. If that doesn't work than I really don't know what to tell you dude.
