I just created my twitch account, and I'm still learning how to use it, but I'd like to broadcast games from the RGR.

Right now I'm trying to do a no-frills stream of Touhoumon Blue Version to get me used to the system. I have a mic and webcam that I will use once I begin to get more familiar. I also want to stream a play-through of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile in the future, as well as other games start to finish.

I don't want to be a "featured streamer" yet because I'm far too much of a newbie at this, and I can't guarantee regular activity since I work 45 to 55 hours a week on average, but is it possible to otherwise have my streams viewable on Vizzed? I can pay the 1000 Viz entry fee, that's not a problem.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
