Chapter 1- Your Best Party (Equipment) LOCKE- Relic: Genji Glove, Brigand's Glove (The Genji Glove lets LOCKE attack twice in a turn, so make sure LOCKE has a good weapon equipped in each hand, and the Brigand's Glove lets LOCKE use Mug, and so if you repetitively use Mug with the Genji Glove equipped, LOCKE will steal twice, as well as deal damage for each steal.). Seriously, the rest does not matter, aside from equip everybody but LOCKE with Dragoonboots, so that when the "Attack" command is used, everyone (Except LOCKE) will be invincible. Chapter 2- Your Best Party, as in the actual Party LOCKE would be a good choice, seeing how if you read this and followed the directions in Chapter 1, you equipped him greatly, so it would be a very bad choice to let that go to waste. SABIN would also be an incredible choice, because he learns Fire Dance around Level 18 for his "Blitz" command, and that can really wipe out. If that does not work, than the following would also be awesome. EDGAR would be a good choice because of his "Tools" command, more specifically, the Autocrossbow. It attacks every enemy, and I hardly use any other tool than the Autocrossbow, because it is so extremely useful. CYAN is an optimum choice because of his Swrd.Tek ability, but I only ever find 2 and 4 useful. I don't really care much for CYAN, but Swrd.Tek makes it all worthwhile. Chapter 3-The Best Party (Leveling the characters that do not earn levels by normal means) There are two characters from this game that I know of that do not level up by killing enemies. GAU- To level up GAU, you must go to the Veldt. Then, you must use GAU's "Leap" command on an enemy, and he will be gone for a few turns. When he returns, he should learn a new style. MOG- To level up MOG, I am pretty sure you need to visit a certain part in a town, and MOG will dance there, and he'll learn a new Dance. Again, I have never much cared for anyone aside from LOCKE, CYAN, EDGAR, and SABIN, so I never bothered to find out.
