I love the rain almost as much as I love the snow. It tends to get really dry where I live, and rain always freshens the place up. I also always liked getting wet. I just wish I could see out of my glasses when it rains XD.
The best type of rain is when it's warm out, because then the rain is warm too. (I've had times when it was sunny while it rained. It was the absolute best)

I absolutely adore the rain.  In fact, it's one of the most peaceful sounds I know.  I could listen to the rain for hours on end and feel completely relaxed and motivated.  I know it puts most people to sleep, but it usually does just the opposite for me, building a desire to write or work and get things done.  It really doesn't even matter whether the rain is light, or heavy.... full of hail, or accompanied with lightning. I just love it all.

If I had a choice though, I'd prefer the stronger storms. The thunder vibrating the windows and the rain pelting the glass is just.... phenomenal.

I used to like the rain when I was a kid because I would go outside and play imaginary games with my friends and the rain just made it more epic. We usually would play fantasy games so it suited it quite well. However, now that I walk to school and I'm older I don't like it all that much. The last time I actually enjoyed the rain was when I went to an outdoor haunted house type thing (It was actually pretty good), it added to the effect. Not only was it raining but there was a little bit of fog too so it kind of made it like you were in Silent Hill or something. It was pretty cool but other than that, I don't particularly like the rain anymore.

Rain happens WAY too frequently here, it water logs fields and causes the dykes to over flow. Any other part of the West Midlands would be alright, I guess, but rain has caused far too much damage round here in recent times, so I hate it.
