I sucked at french, and this fould old hag of a teacher asked me a question and sat there eating fruit while sarcastically making comments to the class.
Well i actualy got the answer right but instead of encouraging me she actualy rounded on the guy next to me accusing him of giving me the answer.
I wish id known how much trouble i could have got her in by reporting her to the headteacher. i would have loved to have wipe that smile off her face when i made it known she was essentially bullying students.

thenumberone : Yeah, it was pretty mean of him. I probably would have confronted him later, if he hadn't been only a sub anyway. I'm sorry about what your teacher said, too. It really stinks when teachers don't give you the recognition you deserve, and it's awful that she'd then dare to accuse you of cheating!

I just had a big problem with French teachers. The first teacher i've had in high school was a horrible, evil woman! When class started she first corrected our notebooks, threw them back at our desks, made some really bad remarks for everyone to hear and went back to her desk. Then she made us do French conversations in front of the class, while she was still spitting out fire. When we made the smallest mistake, she would yell at us for our 'stupidity'!

Then a year later i changed school (because of my bad French grades). Off course, my next bad encounter with a teacher, was a French teacher! We had to sing some kind of French song with the whole class. I am a bad singer and my French isn't that good, therefore i didn't sang that loud. The teacher thought that i was lazy and that i didn't sang at all. As a 'punishment' she tried to make me sing alone for the whole class! Off course i declined and resisted that with everything i've got. As a response she kept calling me a chicken and synonyms of chicken all class long.

Now i did have the 'luck' of getting better French teachers by the end of high school. So not all my memories of French teachers are bad!

My social studies teacher makes fun of all his student- but he does it in a funny way. He isn't really insulting us, he just likes to make jokes. He's awesome.

Koda : Yeah,but I usually just deal with it. I sometimes get made fun of but I sometimes laugh if it's funny and reply with a response. I don't really like it, but I sometimes deserve it if I do something wrong... ever..

The fact that so many teachers bully students is horrible. It wounds me in a way, since half my family are teachers, and I'm considering it myself. Just because they are adults, doesn't mean they get to lord their experience over you! It's their JOB to share what they know, not take advantage of it!
Teachers never really bully or joke at other's expense at my school, thankfully! There's the occasional rib about us not wanting to do anything that day, but it's otherwise pretty clean!

ATTENTION: I never had attention of people so I was never bullied, but nobody liked me (except girls but that time passed). These days people of my age are not bullies because they don't care, and thats what I call an egoist.

I had the best teacher ever! I would get A's until she left

But the next one I had a teacher that Tanked my score from an A+ to a B!


She was reported and I got switched back to another course!

And right now shes trying to find me!

I think this fits the topic a little!

In 3rd grade, i had this Spanish teacher who made fun of me and my brother, sometimes she would make me cry, Cause there was this one time where i had a severe sore throat, but my mom sent me to school because it will make me forget about the pain, but that very day, the teacher wanted everyone to say their names in Spanish, I could not, but because of that, she called me "Zero" the (not my brother) whole class laughed at me. Same thing happened to my brother, when that happened, he was writing, and then the teacher came up to him and said:"Ha ha, you write like a kindergartner!" He was practically improving real good! the principal talked to here Not once, BUT TWICE. But she never gave up making fun of us. The worst part is, We cannot escape her. She has a keen eye and we barely goof around!

Nah. A teacher never made fun of me, but when I was in 8th grade, I kind of humiliated a high school teacher when I corrected her while she was teaching Algebra. I was a visitor for the day and she made a few mistakes with her problem solving, in which I called her out on it and corrected her. All of the students started laughing at her.

I also had this gym teacher who would comment on our skills. He would yell everything out.

For exampleTOP! GALLOP! SIDE-SLIDE, FACE THE MIDDLE, And his meanest, ON THE SIDE WITH A PARTNER! Since I'm very inpopular, nobody would choose me, and he would yell at me. And every little mistake we made, he would comment at us to improve. I am the slowest runner at my class, so its hard for me to run, (Im not overweight, i am SLIGHTLY overweight) My legs are weak, too.

This has happened all the time in 2nd grade and it's relentless! My teacher was a bit crude, but this example will make you disagree with me. I once accidentally cursed and she heard. I spelled out the S word to a girl I was friends with, and my teacher HAD to taunt me in front of the class because of that...

Within the grade of sixth, there had been this extremely rude teacher with the name of Andrew J. Miller. He would always express quips to the pupils of any class he would educate. For example, let us say I would have committed an incorrect action, he would always have something rude to express in front of the entire class. Also, he would occasionally mention negativeness of the future high school years of his pupils and I would feel terrible for whoever must listen to that. Anyways, many of my teacher express quips, but I actually giggle along. Mister Miller's quips are completely hurtful and I am positive he may truly act serious about many of them. At least I no longer must deal with that and nor must friends have to deal with it either. If one of your educators are agitating you, recall this, you have the perfect opportunity to mention this to an adult you believe is trustworthy enough to handle the issue along with you. Also, good luck to all of you pupils out there, considering I am one myself! Haha!

I have, but it was the fun kind I guess because everybody knew that they were joking. I'm not going to really say what happened, but it has happened at least a couple of times per year.

My teachers make fun of me, but in a light hearted way. I feel sorry for the other kids in my class who are made fun of in a personal way by the teachers.

The only time a teacher ever made fun of me in class would be in a jokingly way, and so did many of my teachers.  Also sometimes when I get so shy some make fun of me.

No, but my teachers do make fun of kids. They only make fun of the kids that they know won't take it to heart, though.
