I am considered normal for my age. I am growing tall really fast actually, and my weight is just about normal for my age. I do not work out a lot, but I do sometimes. I play some sports, so that helps out with muscle growth and such.
I eat a lot, but not fatty foods. Eating a lot isn't bad at all if you eat the right things. Thankfully, my mom cooks a lot of food with protein and fiber. I drink a lot of milk and orange juice too. I barely eat fast food at all.

I am of a normal weight, I weigh about 133 and I am almost 16, I am turning 16 in February, but I would consider myself to be of a normal height and weight for my age. I am pretty slim for my age, most guys are always heavier than me, but then again there are some guys even smaller than me, but they are just really short though. I am about 5'11.5" or 6 feet, somewhere around that range, but yeah I think I am just right weight wise and I am healthy as can be. Good question by the way.

Just for fun, I decided to see what my BMI was a few times and it said it was 21.8, which is in the normal range. I'm pretty happy that I'm not under or overweight, so hopefully I can stay at a normal weight for a long time to come.

I used to be severely underweight to be honest. 2 years later, I gained lots more and I am still a little underweight which is much better of course. Of course I don't want to eat to much junk food because I don't want to be overweight in a few years.

I'm pretty lucky to be almost right currently.
