 I do not normally play this kind of games, but when I saw the title I knew I had to play it. I expected this game to be easy, but it came to me as a big shock, because this game is fun and challenging even with the limitations of the Virtual Boy. It is really fun and frustrating at times, so it may take you a while to finish this game. This game delivers what it promises, a dark, somehow scary feeling. The setting is a scary mansion you see in the introduction, and you just start exploring (Like in the first Legend of Zelda) . It is a game you will most likely enjoy and spend a lot of time on. Without further to do, let us(me) begin.


  Graphics: 7
 This game is not that great in graphics when you compare it with other games like Ocarina of Time, but for the Virtual Boy, the graphics are very good. Some people may not like the game because it is mostly red, but I think that just adds to the feeling. I enjoy the first person perspective and it makes it that much more fun when fighting or running away. It would be great to play it in 3D but it is still an awesome game in 2D, I also think it looks better than most of the other games for this console.I was very impressed with this game because I thought that it would look bad. It may take a while to get accustomed to the look if you have not played any Virtual Boy console, but once you do, you will sure enjoy the look of the game.


  Sound: 8
 The sound in this game is likely to leave you speechless. It sounds fantastic and sets the mood for the game, it really fits the atmosphere and you may be likely to get a jump scare thanks to the music and enemies. There is no much to say about the music, but it will not disappoint you in any way, unless you are looking for bad music. It is one of the best features of this game, and hearing the theme in the introduction lets you know that you are in for a treat. It makes you feel intrigued and it describes the game with one sentence." It is going to be difficult and spooky with a chance of dying." The soundtrack is awesome, clear.


  Addictiveness: 9
 This game is so addictive time will pass in a blink of an eye. You may want to try for five minutes, and one minute later you discover you have been playing for over two hours. It is the most addictive game I have ever played, and I will surely play it again,and again,and again,and again. You get the point. It may look simple and boring, but it is actually simple and addictive. It is even more addictive than Mario Bros. and that is saying a lot. It is even the most addictive game for the Virtual Boy, and maybe ranks in the top 10 list of more addictive games. You will get hooked up to this game, I assure you.


  Story : 1
 This game teaches you that you do not need a story to have fun. You just start walking in the hallways and loot everything you see while killing monsters. That reminds me of a certain game, *cough* Legend of Zelda *cough*. It goes back to the days when the story did not matter, you just walk, kill, walk,loot, walk, kill,walk, get killed. I still have some trouble looking for the point of the game, but that does not stop me from playing it.This is a really good game even without a story, and you may wonder why are you there in the first place, but in this game you get to pick your own reason, it may be to kill every enemy that haunts that house, or he/she/it just got dared by someone. Be creative, make up your reasons to die a million times. The chances are endless.


  Depth: 7
 I do not really understand the concept of depth, but I will try. This game takes a while to beat. You will waste most of your time shooting/running away from monsters. You may want to loot everything you see, because the chances are you will need it for another time. Seriously, you will not pass this game without looting,since you need to collect bullets to kill enemies that will most likely block your path. A huge tip while playing this game, if you see an item you can get, be ready to shoot or run, because an enemy is close, I learned that the hard way. And you better know how to aim, because that is what the game is about.


  Difficulty: 10
 I rank this one the highest for a reason, you will die, and die, and die again. Seriously, that is the screen you will see the most. The game is very hard. It is also very hard to aim and learn to use the controls. They are also very irritating and you start with three lives, that means with three hits you die. You will get frustrated and will crash your computer. With your car. On the desert. In Mars. That is how stressed out you will end up after playing this game. Yours truly, the most patient person on earth, got so frustrated he forgot to save his game. The next day he turned it on and he exited out, forgot to save again, and got angry with the monitor.


  Overall : 8.9
 You will feel like the king of the world. You will be able to brag about beating this insanely difficult game. Or at least try. Yours truly will go buy a Virtual Boy right after he finishes writing this. It may take a while to find it for Virtual Boy, but it will be worth it. Even if you do not beat it you will not regret playing this game. Or maybe you will because it is exactly like a rage game. It is a must have in your collection, and it costs very little Viz (for now).

Wow, I really like your style! This review was entertaining to read and it would be so much better if you cleaned out the question marks that are left over from you last edit. The only bit of advice that I can offer for improvement is to watch out for creating a repetition feeling in your categories. I get a slight hint of that in this one.

As for the game, it surprises me that there is a game for the Virtual Boy that could be this good. If I were to ever play another game on that console this would be the one. Thanks!
