This may be not done today, I am busy today. REMEMBER: 700+ WORDS Welll, I have to say this is a pretty good game for the Game Boy Color, or GBC for short. I have to say, this is one of the few games that has amazed me for a while and kept me entertained. Compared to other games I play, this is one of those that really stand out farther than most games I reallly like. While are there some glitches and bugs you can find by following some steps, or activating glitches without even trying to do anything to affect them in any way. The game has the perfect blend of difficulty, etc. This game, Pokemon Yellow, is one of those games that will keep you hooked to it for a good while, and will rarely have a day without playing it. If I could rate this game on a scale, my grand rating would definitely be a 10/10 no matter what. Though the first generation game boy color pokemon games were really glitchy, there are not very bad, but some are bad, from water in the trees, to the Missingno. glitch, to the walk through walls screen freeze glitch, there are a lot of them, I can safely say that to this game, but that is pretty much the only flaw I understand or that I found this out in this game game, but I looked that up, I never eyewittnessed any glitches during my gameplay. I also would like to add there are also a few Creepypastas for this game. Okay, now that is pretty much over, I will now get to the categories and describe them in the best detail I can possibly do. I will start with the Story. Story - Big 10! The story of this game has dearly impressed me. I reallly liked the story, but there was a few flaws, but I am not going to point them out. How can I describe this category? I really do not have a lot to say, but I will say as much as I can. My descr Now the Graphics. The graphics- 9 The graphics were very clear in this game, as in all pokemon games, it looks as you are playing from an aerial view. Compared to other GBC pokemon games, this one is pretty good except for most of the towns are all one color, depending on their name. (ex. Lavender Town- Lavender is a shade of purple) so that town would be all colored purple. If it was not like that, I would give them the big ten. Other than that, the graphics were very good. My opinion on the graphics is "the graphics are very clear, I love them." and for deatils to support my statement aka describe why I will add the following . . . They are clear when you have a good graphics card, such as A8 Vision, the graphics look very clear, but if you have a bad graphics card, that may change though. Okay, now that is over with, let's make a jump to the Storyline. Storyline - 8 The storyline is pretty good, I got to admit that. In this game, Team Rocket is the new team whose plot is to take over the world and use pokemon as tools, that is the main plot of the game, and as a trainer from Pallet Town, you set out on a journey to attempt to stop Team Rocket and save pokemon and bring world (er, pokemon world) peace. Describing it, I will say I like this storyline, it really has a good meaning. And after you beat the game, you are pretty much free to do anything in the game you want, which is good. The Safari Zone is a jungle based place where you can catch many species of pokemon. I have to say, the Safari Zone was a grat idea to implement into the Pokemon games. So you just journey around, beat the gyms, beat Team Rocket, and become the ultimate Pokemon Trainer! Okay, over with that, now let's jump to the Depth. ( I finally beat 700 words, by the way.  )Depth - 9 This game is pretty big, though it has a small file size. It features 8 gyms, and 151 pokemon to catch and train. That is a lot of pokemon. The game will take a while to beat itself, there are some times in the game where it is a breeze, but some points are hard, but it depends on which pokemon you use during your journey. I beat the entire game in around 15 Hours, which is a pretty long time to be playing up to the point where you beat the game, but not get the diploma and all the pokemon and all that. It took me about 2 weeks to get al the pokemon, etc. Okay, now lets move on to the sound. (800 words!) Sound - 9.3 The sound in the game was great, I deducted .7 because of the Lavender Town music, which cn make you nauseous. Heck, I went in there and as soon as I heard the music, instant migrain in a laptop. But most of the music in this is good, and that is pretty much my full opinion. There is not a lot to say for the sound, but I will say what I can think of to say. But overall, I think all the towns (except Lavender Town, of course.) and routes' sound are pretty good, and it think this pretty much covers everything, other than the Addictiveness. Okay, now the Addictiveness. Well, I have to say, I play this a lot, maybe twice a day for about a hour. The game is addicting, the pokemon designs are pretty cool, and I think you should play it, I assure you you will like it. Pretty much all to say for the addictiveness, except for compared to all the other games on vizzed, this is probably the 2nd most played game for me, Light Platinum beats it by a tiny bit though. Wrap things Up- Overall, I think pokemon yellow is a great game to play. I think you should try it, I am sure you will like it. Welll, this concludes this big mama. Not bad, but it could still use some work. When I read reviews on Vizzed, I always first look at the scores a person gave the game, before delving into the actual review. I noticed the overall rating was a little buffed, compared to the individual scores you gave the game. The game receives an overall score of a whopping 9.8 while the sound, the addictiveness and the depth didn't even score higher than a 7? At first I thought that the ratings could've used some work.
Then I read the review. I gotta say, kudos for passing the 1000 words. It's a difficult thing to accomplish.  I did notice though, that some of the the scores you gave aspects of the game didn't match the scores at the top of your review. Example, in your review, you said Sound should get a 9.3, while at the top of the page, it said that you gave it a 6, instead. It's a little confusing. But now that 9.8 gets more credible, because in your review you give every aspect at least a 9. But yeah, try to keep the ratings you gave each aspect of the game in mind, they should match with the ones in your reviews.

The review was good, I also am a little unsure of what the difference between the story and storyline is / why they were rated differently. Having said that, I agree that this game rocks! I didn't give it a chance till recently thinking I don't want pikachu as my starter I love the originals! When I finally gave the game a chance I was way stoked to find out that the other starters were accessible. I missed out waiting so long to play it. |

Nice job on this review man, I don't understand why you said 700 words when it shows the post exp as over 1100 but nevertheless, this is a nice, good, solid review you have here, well done. You have nice good detail, good organization and spacing throughout all categories of your review and I can never stress enough how important neatness is in a good review, so good job for doing that.
