We all must get mad because we can't beat a certain level in a game. I was pretty mad that I kept missing some blue coins on the 100 coins of Rainbow Ride from Super Mario 64. Then I got 84 coins, then died. I was so frustrated. I eventually gave up. When I beat it, I just long jumped off the edge because Y.O.L.O.

So have YOU ever gotten angry at a video game? 

A better question is what game haven't you got mad at, because there's at least one bit in every game that frustrates you and god forbid you play the type of games me and jprdanv and james rolfe play.

Lol yes. I was a bit frustrated when trying to beat Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts II. It was difficult for me to time my dodges when I was young lol. Going back on it, it's a bit easier to dodge his attacks now. 

Ha yeah man racing games drive me nuts some times, I remember having a huuuuuge problem with Tekken 4 or 3's story mode I hated it the cameras were horrible and some enemies were just impossible when you didn't have enough health (whichc they didn't give you much of when you needed). I also remember the health being chickens, and it would say CHICKEN! CHICKEN! CHICKEN! every time you grabbed one, also TF are chickens doing in a fighting game. Needless to say I rage quitted after a few of the harder bosses and sold that game within a week, which I kinda regretted because I always enjoy their arcade fighting mode, think I was hooked on a Mortal Kombat at the time though.

I've gotten mad at games, but only once have I gotten to the point where I really show it.

For some reason, it's only modern games that get me ticked. Even though the older games I play like Megaman were hard as heck to beat, I didn't mind.

The first, and only game I got ticked off at was Mortal Kombat: Deception. I don't know why I was playing that, other than the fact it was out of pure boredom. Anyways, I had beaten story mode, and I was trying to finish a few of the side battles. It took me a few hours, to beat only two battles. I couldn't figure out why the heck only these three battles were so hard. Until I realized I had changed the difficulty to the hardest possible for Arcade Mode. Forgetting to change it back.

Yeah, there have been too many games to count. One that I remember well was Batman for NES. The last stage before the Joker was too difficult for my adolescent self to cope with. However, over time I've noticed that getting mad at a game is the same thing as dealing with a fussy baby. Baby needs a nap and gamer needs a break...

Yes. I can't bare most video games. I'm not going to name any specifics, due to the variety of the games I've been pissed off at.

Most of my meltdowns were in the past, when I was immature and terrible at games. Now, I rarely break down, but, I still want to throw some of them across the room. (cough original super mario bros cough)

Have I? Yes, yes quite a lot actually. I think every game I have played that has some form of difficulty. I usually get mad and swear a lot and take it out on the console. The worst case was when I was 9. I was playing pokemon emerald and was trying to get rayquazar. You all should know how annoying the bike maze is in sky pillar. Well I had spent a good hour getting to the to rayquazar but just before I got to it, I fell down a hole going down to the next floor only to do the same thing on that floor too. I threw my gameboy on the floor with so much anger... it broke.

i usually get mad at a game if I'm fustrated to heck. And yes I have. good question pixel.

I have gotten angry at a video game a lot, especially in Super Mario Galaxy. That game is way too hard. I could only get 8 stars in that game and I tried beating a boss in the first Bowser Jr. level and I couldn't beat it even with a walkthrough so I ragequit and sold the game to the store that I bought it at.

All the time! LOL. It frustrates me when there's a part of a game I can't beat. And since I'm so stubborn, I won't stop until I beat it.

PixelBrick : What game hasn't made me rage quit at some point? I've never abused my console because of the anger the game gave me, well I have almost broken my mouse gripping it so tight. More often then not when I rage quit I'll just turn on a game that's easy for me like Skyrim, or I beat the crap out of noobs in LOL.
The most recent game that made me rage quit is Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. The last boss's combo is just ridiculous even on easy.

I am not one to always experience gamers rage but when I do it takes a lot to get back to the game. Usually I get gamers rage when I am playing multiplayer through a story with someone which usually I like doing switch offs with my older brother. Now when he does something stupid or that I do not agree with or we get angry at one another it takes us both about a week just to make up and tackle the game again.

In general I have not gotten much gamer rage with games due to the fact that I mostly play RPG games and its usually difficult only because of the fact that your characters are just not trained enough. Then I sometimes get frustrated when I over level my characters to the point where I could basically go the whole game without training in the wilderness ever again which as a gamer it ruins the experience. Like Final Fantasy 1 for example for the Gameboy. It is so easy to use the space bar and level your team to level 20 in less than 2 hours. At that point it is just about completing all the puzzles to win since the last boss recommended level is 50.

One time when I was younger and got gamers rage because my step bro was "cheating" even though when I look back at the football game it was just that I picked a terrible team and he picked the best team in the game I actually swung my controller and broke his nose. Since I was like 10 I did not get into very much trouble and I still laugh about it when I look back. (Hated that kid).

Oh and I am terrible at the original Mario games and was never able to complete the N64 Mario just because I was so young and I was able to upgrade to my PS2 by the time I passed the 70 stars mark. And once you play PS2 you never play a different system unless it is handheld.....

Yeah I get mad yet I think its my fault since of my gaming skills. Besides  if you get mad at video games you get  mad  at yourself because technically your the one with the controller .

Yes, if a game is frustratingly hard, I can manage to get angry at it. Also if I'm very close to beating something and I lose by an inch, I might get a little angry in response.

But what makes me the angriest is when games glitch and I lose my progress! That's happened to me in Skyrim a few times (Skyrim froze my PS3)

I defiantly have gotten mad at video games. There are to many to count, but the one I remember the most is trying to beat the Unknown in kingdom hearts birth by sleep on critical mode. He was extremely frustrating and I had to fight him SO many times till I could beat him! Sometimes I felt like smashing my head against a wall when he killed be out of now where.

No actually in RPGs I usually lose on purpose just for the experience such as the Pokemon games especially Brock since I could just use growl each time and lose on purpose but gain good experience until my starter evolves.

I usually don't get mad at games I just get frustrated... like when I got stuck in Borderlands 2 I was just like great... this is fun... and it's not a big deal. Now Dark Souls on the other hand... I legitimately hate that game. I'm at the moment refusing to play it anymore. XD Which is sad really because it's a lovely game and I know I can do fairly well at it now that my friend told me how to go around the Kapra Demon... but still. It just annoys me to the point where I don't want to play it.
