I actually managed to go to bed really early last night at 9:38 I was so bored that I had passed out.
I then woke up at 6:30 in the morning and headed out for school fully rested I Haven't sleeped that well in ages to tell you the truth.
I feel really great too.

I went to bed at 11:04 last night, I stayed up watching a show on tv and when it finished I was exhausted, thankfully school hasn't started yet and I got to sleep in, I woke up at about 10. So that is a good 11 hours of sleep. I usually go to bed at 9 or 10 and I am going to have to get back into routine of doing so, I can't be going to bed super late or I will be exhausted for school. But I went to bed at 11 last night, I guess that really isn't that late if you think about it.

As tradition I went to bed around 4:00 AM or so lastnight and will probably do the same.. Most days I can get myself to fall asleep sooner for the sake of getting enough sleep for my college classes. I got some pretty bad insomnia that causes these kinda issues for me but i've learned to deal with it!

I went to bed at 10:30 last night to get a good night sleep for school the next morning, I slept pretty well, considering I wake up at 5, but I still got decent sleep. I have to get back in the rhythm of going to bed earlier for school,, because I slept horribly on the first day and I paid the price for it, I was so exhausted, but slowly and surely I am getting better at going to bed early and on time. But yeah I went at bed at 10:30 yesterday and I got 7 hours of sleep. Not too bad I guess.

But now with school in my cycle again, I am re adjusting my body clock to go to bed earlier, so I am going to bed now at like 9:30-10 and I have school tomorrow actually and I get up at 5:30 so I should probably go to bed now. But I usually get about 10 hours of sleep, regardless of when I go to bed. Whelp, I have to get up in about 6 and a half hours, I have to go to bed now!

I had to go up to Powhatan Point last night and we did not get home in time, we got home at about 9:00 PM. Them my mom and I had to go to the Emergency Room becuase I had a hacking cough and a bad headache. We waited in the waiting room from 9:10 PM to 3 AM. We were there all night, it was busy, and when I say busy, I am not lying. Them I got treated, and discharged, and them we went home about 4 AM in the morning. Then I had to get up for school at 6 am, but I was still sick so I am staying home. So I got like 2 hours of sleep, but I am trying to post a lot. 



I know, that was a pretty long story, but it has a point. A good one, and a reason why I got home so late.

I went to bed at about 12:20 last night, I saw that I was pretty good in the TDv and that I was in no threat or danger of losing my place since my competition was inactive so that is when i stopped for the day and went to bed. I got alright sleep and I was a bit tired in the morning but if it was so I could keep rainbow one more day as well as yellow jersey, i think it was totally worth it! So I went to bed at 12:20 last night which i will probably have to do every night now during the Tdv unless I get like a really good start early on in the day, but I don't think that is likely with school in the way XD.

So whether I liked it or not I had to stay up late if I wanted to meet the requirements to stay in the competition. So that is why i ended up going to be so late last night.

I was only able to get about 4 hours of sleep and I didn't even want to go to school because every other county had the day off to Columbus day and spotsylvania didn't get it unfortunately and I had to go to school. 

I am never going to stay up that late again, I am going to limit myself to staying up until about 12:30 to 1 at max when I am competing in the TDV. I just can't keep staying up super late posting. It really tires me out. So I ended up finally falling asleep at 2:30 in the morning on a school night.

I went to bed at 12:30 or so last night, I knew I wasn't going to make a lot of points in the last few minutes of competition and I figured I would just wait until tomorrow to post some more. Normally I would go to bed at about 10 or 11, but with the intensity of competition in the TDV, I know that just isn't going to cut it, so I have to stay up later than that. But I usually stop at 12 when I have a good lead, or I keep going if I need to catch up.

So I ended up going to bed at 12 last night. Not too bad, but I knew that the odds were against me anyway. No point in going on if I knew I didn't have a fair chance....

I fell asleep at nearly 1am. I don't really even know why I waited that long to finally fall asleep. I was kind of tired, but it really wasn't that bad. I am going to try and go to bed earlier tonight if I can. I just wish I didn't have so many mountains of homework  that I do now, it is annoying. But I fell asleep at about 12:30 or 12:45, so almost 1am which is pretty late considering I have to wake up for school in about 5 hours XD.

Oh my gosh, I was so tired, I went to bed at 5 last night! I had no choice because i had to work on a stupid flag project for an activity presentation that I had to come for on school on a saturday! I hated it, and I was stuck there for 7 hours. Then I came home and took a nap. So the last time I went to bed was at 5:30 in the morning which is normally when I would wake up for school on a regular basis.

I hated every second of it, but I didn't want to fail my group down since this was for a grade. I never want to do that on a weekend again!

I went to bed at 10:30 last night which isn't too bad actually, I have to start going to bed earlier because every morning I wake up tired and I have to constantly resist falling asleep in some of my classes. I enjoy sleeping really, I like it when it is peaceful and I can just sleep for a few hours without having the worry of....ugh...homework! Anyways, 10:30 isn't too late.

I was going to just go to sleep today, but since I have a huge exam tomorrow for my ap world geography class tomorrow, I might as well just fill it studying because it counts as 2 big grades and I would hate to fail and get a bad grade on it altogether.

I went to bed at about 2 last night, I wasn't really able to go to sleep, so I stayed up and played ocarina of time on my 3ds until I realized it was getting really late and decided to go to bed at 2. I better get used to it because I am going to be staying up late every night if I want to do well in this TDV, because that is when a lot of people make their leads and get ahead, so I guess I better do the same. So that is why I ended up going to bed so late at 2, I couldn't fall asleep and then I started playing ocarina of time

I ended up going to bed at 2 last night, I was up watching a show called world's dumbest and I swear, people do the stupidest things. It was a competition/ sports type thing, and America does some stupid things, but here were a lot of competitions in England, like smashing an egg against your head and if it contains a yolk, you loose (the rest are hard boiled) there was a lot of other dumb stuff too. I just thought it was really ridiculous. Then I played ocarina of time on my 3ds for a but before finally going to bed, so that is what I did last night.

I'm definitely posting today since last night I slept normally and I want to brag about it. I slept at 10:30 last night and slept till 6:00 this morning. My quality of day was so much better than normal that I'm going to try to keep this schedule for as long as I can manage.
