I slept just now from 10 PM to about 3:30 AM. I'm taking another nap later but I had to get some earlier sleep or I wasn't making it through the night haha.

I've been slowly getting better at keeping track of sleeping times. They're still as horrid as ever but I'm making an effort to make them less erratic and more consistent, even if they're consistently s*** haha. I'm hoping to get another 2-3 hour nap later during the day. It's almost like I've split the normal 7 hours sleeping time in two halves haha.

I think I went to bed around 11 PM last night.

I'm pretty sure I've been going to be between 10-12 PM since the quarantine. I find it easier to be normal when going to bed at similar times as I was before. I couldn't imagine trying to stay up past midnight too often.
