My bedtime is 3:00 AM, and usually, i manage to stay asleep until around 2:00, but this morning, i got up at 12 something for some reason.. I don't know why, because usually, i sleep really good, but i guess it's just certain days i'll sleep better than i do on others.

I went to bed after 1am and woke up late again....I did wake up early before to take my meds, but I went back to sleep and got up after 11am :/

I went for a nice 4 mile run last night and I didn't have anything else to do so I took a nice cool shower to lower my body temperature, and I climbed into bed around 9:00pm. My wife came in under the sheets a few minutes later, we read for 20 minutes or so, turned the light out, and went to bed.

I know most of these other people go to bed super late but I don't know how any of you do it. I'm always tired with work and with the kids and the wife and all the stuff I have to do so I'll go to bed early and try to feel as good as possible.

9:00pm is a great time to go to sleep for me. I'm up around 6:00 anyway and depending on what my 9 month old does the night before, maybe once or twice during the night.

I went to bed around 1:30-2:00AM and woke around 7:30AM.

I went to be pretty early like after 12am I got up early around 5am stayed up for a bit. Was on my phone before going to back to sleep, and waking up again after 7am to take my medications. ^-^

I ended up going to bed at about 2:45 AM and I woke up at 8:50 or so to drive to college. The reason I was up so late is because I decided to re-watch psycho pass, and I found myself nearly halfway through the first season before I lost track of time and finally decided to call it a night. I'd say it was worth it though. I still woke up in the morning feeling pretty well rested. 

I was in bed about 8:45pm. I was tired. We had spent a majority of the day chasing my 2.5 year old around a water park, splashing and swimming. I like to throw and catch her and she can do that all day.

After the kids fell asleep for the night, I went and ran a quick 4.5 mile run and showered and suddenly, after drinking a beer and watching women's college soccer, I got tired.

I solved that problem by brushing my teeth, telling my wife to take the dog out one last time, and climbing into bed. I read for fifteen minutes, killed the light, and I was passed out by 9:05pm or so.

I don't know about you folks but I need my sleep. I'm tired. And I was up at 6:00am getting work stuff going and sipping on coffee before the kids woke up so I need to get them hours of shuteye in so I don't go nuts.

They say you need less sleep when you're older. I don't buy it.

Last night I went to bed around 1:00 AM I think...and I went to sleep around 7:00 AM. Lovely night. Lol My internal sleep cycle is all kinds of messed up.

University is piling on the homework crazy hard, so I need all the time I can get. I slept at 11:30 pm last night and woke up at 4:00 am, just for homework.

Kill me.

I went to be pretty early I think around....11pm or after that time. As said before I'm trying not to go to bed too late now for reasons. I woke up the usual time after 7am this morning.

I went to bed around 11pm last night. That's pretty late for me in terms of school nights but I was talking to somebody, trying to help one of my best friends get together with a girl that he likes lol.

Of course on a weekend 11pm would be pathetically early.

It was like 3 AM?

Something like that. Was having a ton of fun with people in chat and watching some video's in my bed.

I went to bed pretty early like jut about pass 12am I now tend to go to bed early nowadays. I got up after 8am this morning.

Last night, I went to bed at 3 AM ET. I was doing good with not going to bed that late for awhile, but then that ended last night.

I went to bed at about 3:30 or so last night. I was unable to fall asleep after initially going to bed at midnight, so I ended up finishing the first season of Psycho Pass, listening to music in my playlist, and began reading Julius Caesar out of boredom. My internal clock is all over the place, but with the school year starting, it will be more difficult to adjust. 

Went to bed around after 12am I was hoping to get up before 6am but I was wrong....I got up like a few mins after 6 which got me annoyed....

I went to bed at around 10:30 or 11, I think, but I only went to sleep around 1 AM. Hopefully that doesn't happen again today . 

I had SO MUCH TROUBLE GOING TO SLEEP. I was doing stuff online late so I tried to go to bed at 2 AM, but I just couldn't fall asleep and after an hour I literally downloaded one of those apps that play random sounds like rain, campfire, etc, hoping that it would help, and I still couldn't fall asleep until at least 4 AM, and I don't even know if I was actually asleep or if my eyes were just closed because I remember looking up at my clock at 5, 5:30, and 7.

I went to be pretty early I think around after 12am, and woke up like after 8am. To check on a few things on my laptop before sleeping again, and then waking up after 10am.

Last night, I went to bed at 1:00 AM ET. I went to bed earlier than usual so I'd be able to not only watch the London NFL game this morning, but also be awake enough for the rest of the game afterward.
