How nourished do I think I am?, Well I think I'm pretty well nourished and I eat pretty well  with a well balanced diet and I'm also pretty fit. I'm not anorexic nor obese I'm some where in the middle about average build. I think I'm well nourished due to the fact that my mom always feed me well balanced meals containing all the major food groups in each meal and she rarely let us eat out at fating un-healthy fast food restaurants.

Fun and odd question to ask.
I can never eat enough.
I eat all the time and still have problems keeping 150 lbs.
The trick is I work out for about 8 hours. My job requires so much heavy lifting that it is near impossible to get overweight if you do your fair share every day.
Imagine spending $600.00 Bucks on food every month and not gaining weight.
One year I did just that and I had to change departments to keep-up with my bills.

My supervisor was taking credit for each of a crewman's extra accomplishments that went beyond the scheduled work load.
Rather than Myself or another getting praise or a bonus for the extra work? Our supervisor got the extra money and interviews for advancement.
After myself and a few key people transferred?
The dude was fired for lack of adequate production.

To answer the question? No, I am not malnourished. But if I have too heavy a workload day? I could look like I just got back from W.W.2. (Difference being is I'm in color and I'm alive.)

After you burn enough calories? The body turns on other food sources that could be stored. Muscle can get consumed if you do not have enough protein to balance out the heavy work load. (Trust me when I say you do not want your body to eat its muscle to keep you going.) Plus after the workout, your metabolic rate is doubled for up to 3 days. Imagine eating the same amount as "M.Phelps" (In 2008) but not looking any different in the mirror.
That kind of work out.

So, no, I am not malnourished nor plan on looking it any time soon.

I eat healthy food all the time and I maintain a weight between about 150-155.  I'm well-trained, physically fit, and I am extremely athletic.  My job and my fun activities all revolve around fitness-related things, like sports, running, and active experiences.  I hike, run, and move around.

I'd be 100% well-nourished.  I eat healthy and I haven't had fast food in months.  I don't like fried food and I have all sorts of fruits, veggies, whole wheat starches, and I drink water.

I don't touch pop, fast food, and I sometimes drink beer.

Food is one of my most favorite things in the world. I have no problem, nor ever will have a problem nourishing myself. In fact, as I get older I'm afraid one day I will get "over nourished", if you know what I mean.
