The best Pokemon game for its era, easily a must own
Pokemon game. Pokemon Emerald is easily on of the best and memorable
Pokemon games there is. Pokemon Emerald takes Pokemon to all new heights
challenge and story wise. In Pokemon Emerald there are all new Pokemon
team line ups from the Hoenn regions gyms and there is a all new
Pokemon champion introduced in this game. Along with the challenges of
the 8 gyms, Pokemon contests and the elite four there is a all new
challenge after you beat the elite four called the Battle frontier.The
game takes place in the all new Hoenn region(3rd generation) and un like
Sapphire and Ruby there are alot more double battles in a very big
difference in difficulty which you can tell early on in the game.Tthe
graphics are excellent and in my opinion set the standards for Pokemon
games on the GBA. The animation seen in Pokemon Emerald are best so far
I've seen in the Pokemon franchise. You can see your reflection in the
water and lakes in perfect pixel quality, the water moves back and forth
as your out in the ocean. The Pokemon appearances are simply breath
taking and look like exactly what they are suppose to be and are in
full color. My only complaints is the angle the camera is on your
Pokemon makes it hard for the gamer to see/get a full picture of what
your Pokemon looks like. In addition the buildings are beautiful in
design with perfect description of objects in side them. The grass in
the game is excellent in design, there are two types of grass, tall
grass with normally higher skilled Pokemon and lower lighter colored
grass with weaker Pokemon, you can easily tell the difference between
the two the way the pixel resolution is. The Pokemon appearances are
simply breath taking and look like exactly

what they are suppose to be and are in full color.
