awesomenoobdude : Can we be biased on this? If we are aloud to be biased and say our favorite teams, then I am going with Washington State University. 

If not... I would have to go with Florida. They have been doing a lot the past few decades.

For me, I got to go with LSU, because that is the closest University from where I live and they’re a pretty good team, although they won a couple championships, but they’re still good.

My turn... Ohio State Buckeyes. I like the Notre Dame Fighting Irish too but I gotta go with the Buckeyes. Living here in Ohio, it's all about the football program. OSU has the largest campus in the US and with it many students prefer OSU because of it's academic excellence and program prestige. On top of that, OSU is apart of the Big Ten that now includes Nebraska. There's no other conference out there in a conference that is as competitive as the Big Ten. Every game in the Big Ten is a rivalry game like no other and when you pit Ohio State and Michigan together, there's no rivalry like it. The Big Ten has many national titles shared among ALL of the schools unlike the SEC and Big 12.

Oklahoma, Texas and sometimes Kansas State dominate the Big 12 because all of the other schools are smaller and have never won a national title. This is the same with the SEC where Florida and Alabama dominate and sometimes Georgia is good but none of the other schools ever win a national title. There's more upsets in the Big Ten because it's much more competitive. OSU has a great football program and that's partly thanks to the Big Ten.

Boise State's program has to be the best. I'm not going to gloat about that undefeated season, one of the many reasons they're so good, but rather their consistency. There was panic after the first game this year that the playbook clearing was not a good idea, but after that the Broncos have proved their worth yet again. Even though they're only seeded 19th this year, I think they'll do better than that. Also, it's not just the team, but the fanbase. Even if you're just driving by Bronco Stadium, you can feel the vibe. You can see people walking to the game from many directions. Heck, you could trick someone into thinking it was an NFL game if they weren't from the Northwest.

There is no conversation here.  Southern California has the best all-time program.  They have a ton of wins, Rose bowl wins, Heisman trophy winners, Conference titles, etc.  They're easily the most storied program in NCAA football when you look at all the important stats.  Michigan has more wins, sure, but U of M always got beat by USC when they went out west.

I'm not a Trojan fan but they're excellent and always have been.
