Hello everyone,

Here are some tips and useful things for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team. (Goes also for Blue Rescue Team)
I also tried some out of the tips and they're useful, because of that the Game became more fun for me!

---

Tip: The Best Starter and Partner:

I highly recommend to be a Mudkip at the start of the game. And not because I like it but because it's very useful with the moves: Mud Slap and Water Gun + many more. Mud Slap also lowers the accuracy a bit. With this the target misses a lot, which is pretty handy! I also recommend Grass types. The move Absorb and it ''evolution's'' are good to use. You attack your target and you get some HP from the target. Simple as amazing! I don't recommend Normal types because the most of them don't learn good moves. Fire and Electric types are just okay for me. But.... ''Always be the Pokémon you like the most.''

---

Tip: Long Dungeons like Buried Relic:

Always go the Buried Relic dungeon with at least two Huge Apples or other food items like a normal Apple. Otherwise you will have hungry when you reach 50F. It's always handy to have some food with you. Have at least one food item in your bag for every dungeon. Also have some Max Elixirs in your bag, they can restore your PP when you don't have PP anymore. Berries also do the trick but they don't fill your belly a lot.

---

Tip: Tricks to beat Pokémon with advantage:

First of all, use Partner Pokémon who have a type advantage. How do you know which Pokémon will appear? You can guess it if you see the Dungeon's name. Mt. Steel > There will be Steel/Rock Types.

Second, link some moves and make fantastic combinations. Go to Gulpin and pay him the money you need to link moves. You can also use a Link Box, you can find a Link Box in dungeons. A few good and cheap combinations are: Scratch + Growl (Useful for Charmander, Torchic etc.) Tackle/Scratch/Pound + Tail Whip/Leer. Mud Slap + Water Gun (I like to use this one.) Metal Sound + Thunder Shock. (Magnemite.)

---

Tip: Avoid dying:

Save the game just before you're doing a Mission. If you die, immediately turn the power on your GBA. (Or restart your Game on Vizzed.)
Once you put it back on, nothing happened anymore! This is useful when you are going to places where there is a ''layover'' like where Articuno, Groudon and Rayquaza are. Always save there. The second part of the dungeon isn't that long compared to the first part. You'll be able to try a boss battle easier when you use this.

I do not recommend using save states before the boss battle begins, you can't go back anymore. It is better if you do it in the ''layover''. But why? You can always go back to the town and you can train a little before the boss.

---

Tips if you're in a Monster House: (How to beat them easy.)

- If you are with only one Pokémon in the dungeon, eat a Warp Seed. Then you will be transported to another room, and later you'll encounter them one for one. Unless you are lucky enough to find the stairs in the room.

- Use attacks that hits all Pokémon in a room at one time, such as Heat Wave and Blizzard. This makes the whole monster house quickly disabled. Using Agility helps a lot too, you'll be able to hit enemies in the same turn.

- Walk 2 steps back into the hallway where you came from just the Pokémon will follow you, and therefore you can get beat them easy (1 vs 1) without that enemies hit you with 3 or more attacks at once. If you have multiple Partner Pokémon with you in the Dungeon, put their tactics on'' Run Away'' so that they go away from the danger.

---

- For all, be careful about your Move PP. If you use too much moves, you can't use them anymore later. I recommend to have a Max Elixir in your bag. Regular attacks aren't that great.

---

This is all of the Tips and useful things what I can say, good luck with your Game and have super much fun!

Edit ~ I edited this Walktrough a bit. (I thought it needed something.)

Wow! This is really a great game guide that you made tornado! This was really helpful and I liked it!

I don't want to look like a snitch and I hope this doesn't bring anything up but I google searched some of the parts in this guide and some of the things are a little similar to what you put. Mostly the stuff in a list though. Like the location of the items list and some others. But other than that, I don't see anything else wrong.

Here are some links that I found: (scroll down and you will see some very similar parts)
