Fireproof : I knew UFC was a 2011 member when he went crazy that day, and I checked it out, but I did not know Shogun Gamer was 2011. Huh. 

And dude, don't get too upset. The way I see it... 2011 actually came to the game late. I started at the beginning, you came in a few days later, then pacman came in right after you. 2013 has been kicking the entire time. Maybe, next time, they will possibly do partners. I would love to partner with you. You going for the red and yellow again, and me for the blue and green. That would pretty awesome, wouldn't. it. 

But as for the server maintenance day... yeah, that was some BS. In a way, I do not think it should have counted. But, nobody broke any of the percentage rules... and you can't just DQ everybody, can you? I can see why it counted.

Fireproof : Just saying this with regards to the server going out and site maintenance making the competition unfair  even tho I agree it shouldn't count but here is why it does,(in the words of David when he explained it to me), just like the real Tour de France, things happen and you have to make the best out of those situations. For example, in the Tour de France, sometimes obstacles in the road or the weather can slow down certain riders, crashes can knock a few riders out of the competition, someone's bike could have problems, etc. Since the Tour de Vizzed is based on the Tour de France, I think it's very appropriate that every day counts no matter what.

Divine Aurora : You may be on to something there, however, this is not the Tour De France and we are not bikers. We're posters on a website in a Team Competition. I understand that there will be obstacles but there was an entire day of a 31 day event that was practically removed from the competition. If the competition was already overwhelmingly in 2013's favor to begin with I would not have said anything, however, this competition was close and could still have gone in Team 2011 or Team 2013's favor had the server fallen into the shape that it is. Knowing this, the outcome of this competition should not have been determined by the server disallowing players from posting.

The problem with the server is that 1) You're losing posts if you post at the wrong times and 2) An entire day was lost. The problem with this is that an entire group of players pushed forward in many points while other players could not even participate or compete. It's not that players chose to sit out, it's that players were trying but could not because of technical problems. Our bikes didn't crash, the race track crashed. It was unforeseen and I'm sure that if an Earthquake happened during the Tour De France that destroyed the road that Bikers would take, they'd probably stop the race to access the damages and make sure riders are ok.

Due to this event, it completely cut off Team 2011 from competing for first so in other words the race track only crashed for those who were behind Team 2013 which gave Team 2013 a huge lead from the start. It was out of everyone's control and cut off everyone behind those who posted before the crash and therefore boosted Team 2013 with a big lead. Had it crashed and Team 2011 gained these points, I would have stated that I didn't think it was right either. I want the competition, not a free ride and this event has robbed me of competing.

thing1 : Yeah, I was really quiet when I started and actually did one review in June 2011 and was offered a position as a staff reviewer I couldn't except having to finish my last year of high school. Then I came back 2012 as a staff reviewer with plenty of reviews, haha.

Funny enough, I'm still so unaware of the tournament and always get involved accidentally just because I'm an in depth reviewer.
