I know the numbers don't equal it, I just like the game THAT much.

Graphics- 9

The Game Boy Advance was released in 2001. The Nintendo DS was released in 2004. I think that Pokemon Fire Red has better graphics than New Super Mario Bros., but that is just my opinion. For a game that was released in 2004, this game has excellent graphics. I also like the graphics better than most Wii games.

Sound- 9

The music is good and sometimes relaxing, and has a good beat but is somewhat redundant. The sound effects aren't great, but for an older game, the sound effects and music are really good. I give the sound a 9, the same amount of years ago this game was released at the time of my post.

Addictiveness- 10

The first time I played this game, I had low expectations due to having only played Pokemon Yellow before for like 10 minutes. But this game grew and grew on me, and before long I was sitting in my computer chair playing this game for hours upon hours at a time. I now am a BIG Pokemon fanboy, and even bigger than Mario, which, not too long ago, was my favorite Nintendo game and character, before I ran into Pokemon, and now it's Pokemon and Ash.

Story- 10

I know the story isn't exactly... well... original, but I still like it. Yes, the same story was used in Pokemon Red, Blue and basically even Yellow up to this point, but all originality aside, the story is amazing! This story is going to go down in history for best video game/retro game/computer game ever!

Depth- 9

The game is huge! There are 9 cities, one giant building, a tower, a maze-like power plant, an island where people live (sort of like Hawaii!) and seven other islands! This game will take some time to even beat the elite four the first time, little long second. There is a ton to do in this game, catch the Pokemon, beat the gyms and the elite four, face everyone along the way, take down Team Rocket, and much more!

Difficulty- 5

I know, I know. The game isn't that difficult to just do what the main goal is, beat the elite four and become the Pokemon league champion, but to catch 'em all, you can't even do that on a rom or with just one game! You need to have like Fire Red, Leaf Green, AND Emerald to catch 'em all, and a Game Boy Advance (which I own) or a Nintendo DS or DS Lite. (No DSi, DSi XL, 3DS, or 3DS XL, because they do not have Game Boy Advance slots.) I just caught Mewtwo today, and that was really hard! To someone who has never played Pokemon, and I mean NEVER before this game, the game would be at least a 7 in difficulty... probably? But to someone who has at least seen someone play Pokemon and gets what it is about, this would be rated low, sort of like mine, and possibly even lower.

I think this is the second review I've read of yours? I'm not too sure. I see your review is over 500 words; that's pretty good for a review. I usually strive for over 3000 words for a Pokémon review; this is because I also reviewed this game and it was over 3000 words  

You put a lot of factual data into your reviews, there's no problem with that. However, reviews are really based on opinion rather than facts. As much as it's good to add facts, you must add a few opinions in there too.

Slightly a little bit more detail would be required, especially when commenting on sound and graphics. You could have said that you liked the graphics and what you liked about them. It's the same for sound.

Overall, not a bad review, well done!

Nice review, it had some good detail, but I didn't see why Mario had anything to do with your Pokémon review. That was a little awkward. Anyways, great Job, and I look forward to seeing your next all out review. Oh, and I have all out to tell you. This game was pretty amazing to me as well. I had it on Game Boy Advance, and I beat I no problem. I evan got a mewtwo. I love this game, and it always had me impressed. To bad it broke.
