Hello! How are you? Today I'm going to be giving you step by step instructions on where to find ALL the Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Emerald Version. I will also be telling you how to get them. I hope this helps you!

Lets start with the Guardian of Earth,
Rayquaza! You will need to complete certain missions/steps in the game in order to capture or even locate this Pokémon in the game.

♣ You will need to have made this Pokémon calm the down the fight between Kyogre and Groudon in Sootopolis City. After doing this, Rayquaza will fly back to the Sky Pillar where it will now be unlocked and you can enter it and capture Rayquaza.

♣ You will need the MACH Bike to navigate through the Sky Pillar. If you haven't got this bike, don't worry. You can exchange your current bike for the MACH Bike at the bike store.

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

♣ You will need the following HMs - Surf.

After having calmed Kyogre and Groudon, Rayquaza can be found at Sky Pillar. If you haven't already visited the Sky Pillar, it is located East of Pacifidlog Town. After going east for a while, take out your Town Map and Sky Pillar should be North of your location. If you're still stuck and cannot find Sky Pillar. It is located North of Route 131 on a small island. There will be a small cave located on the Island, approach it and enter it. It will be behind a few boulders.

When you find the cave and have entered it, head upwards and follow the cave to the very end, it's a very short cave. When you find the exit, go through it. After exiting the cave, go slightly North and you will see a huge tower, this is the Sky Pillar. It will now be unlocked and you can enter it, so enter it! There will be no changes in the caves structure, but the floors will be changed and have become really challenging. You must complete a small puzzle to get to the top of the Pillar, where Rayquaza is waiting for your arrival. There is five different floors within the Sky Pillar.

The First Floor - The first floor is very simple, you can just walk through it with out problems. When you get to the other side of the room just go up the staircase.

The Second Floor - When you enter the Second Floor, do not move anywhere. This is where you will need your MACH Bike, so take it out and go one space to right. You will see cracks all over the floors, you can ride on these. From your current position, ride straight through the cracks until you hit the opposing wall. When you get there, do the same thing only to the left. It will get a lot trickier now and you will need to pay close attention to this part. Go to the position that's left of the bottom left corner of the room. Ride your bike straight and then QUICKLY turn right and head up again quickly, do this very quickly as you if you don't, you will fall down the cracks and you will be brought back to the First Floor.

The Third Floor - The Third Floor is extremely straight-forward. It's just the same as the First Floor. Just follow the room around, passing the rocks to the staircase at the other side.

The Fourth Floor - After entering the Fourth Floor, you will need your bike again, so get your bike out. You may find this very tricky too, I know I did. Go straight ahead and turn left on the middle crack of the next three, then when you're about to hit the rock, head upwards quickly.
Now head to the up-side of the rocks between the two previous cracks. Ride upwards with your bike and turn right and stop as soon as you pass the first crack so you fall in the two middle cracks. After doing this, you will be returned to the Third Floor. Don't worry, this is part of the puzzle. After falling to the Third Floor go up the staircase to the left and this will lead you to the Fifth Floor. The Final Floor.

The Fifth Floor - When you enter this floor you will notice that it is very similar to that of the First & Third Floors. Great New! It is. Just walk around the rocks like you did on these floors. Please don't forget to save your game. Rayquaza is located on this floor, near the end. It will be a massive Level 70, so be ready when you challenge it. This is where your Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls will come in handy. Like all Legendary Pokémon, you will need to weaken it down to its last HP, or close to it! If you have a Pokémon around levels 50-70, they will be able to take down Rayquaza's health very easily, just don't use your strongest attacks. His moves are very powerful - Outrage. It does serious damage, but it can confuse him. When it confuses itself at low HP you will be able to capture it without any problems. Also, this Pokémon will never flee, so don't worry about Mean Look or anything of that sort.

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Next on our list is the drizzling, Kyogre! You will need to complete certain missions/steps in the game in order to capture or even locate this Pokémon in the game.

♣ You will need to have made this Pokémon calm the down the fight between Kyogre and Groudon in Sootopolis City

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

♣ You will need the following HMs - Dive & Surf

This Pokémon will become available for capture when you calm it down at Sootopolis City. After calming it down, go to the Weather Institute on Route 119. You will have been here before as you received the Castfrom from a scientist here. Talk to the scientist on the second floor, he is sitting at a computer near the end of the room. If you have calmed down the fight between the three beasts in this game the scientist will say either there is extreme sunlight in an area or there is heavy rainfall in an area. If he states there is heavy rainfall, go to the specified area. (It changes every game, so I cannot be accurate). I found Kyogre in Marine Cave.

When you go to the specified route/area there will be a cave. To find this cave you will need to find a small patch of diving area in the middle of the ocean, dive once you find it. Head upwards from where you start, into a cave. Enter this cave. The cave will be very, very small with a small dive patch in the center. Use dive on this patch and it will resurface you into a cave. There is nothing in the first room, just run right through it. Please don't forget to save your game. The second room is a very misty and dull room with a small body of water. Walk around the body of water and Kyogre will be resting in it. Face him directly and he will slowly approach you, eventually he will challenge you and you must be ready. He can be tough if you haven't the right set of Pokémon with you. He will be Level 70 like Rayquaza. Your Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls will come in handy here. He will be a little hard to catch considering the actual size and strength of him. Good Luck!

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Next on our list is the gigantic beast, Groudon! You will need to complete certain missions/steps in the game in order to capture or even locate this Pokémon in the game.

♣ You will need to have made this Pokémon calm the down the fight between Kyogre and Groudon in Sootopolis City.

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

If he states there is extreme sunlight, go to the specified area. (It changes every game, so I cannot be accurate). I found Groudon in Terra Cave. If you don't get to that Route fast he will move to a different location.

When you arrive at the specified area you will notice the extremely bright rays of sunlight which is beaming everywhere. This will indicate that you are very, very close to the Pokémon. Search for the entrance of the cave and enter it. You may need Surf to locate this Pokémon, it depends on where he is located in your game. Like Marine Cave, this cave is pretty simple. You breeze through the first room. Please don't forget to save your game. When you enter the second room you will notice the surroundings are very similar to that of Marine Cave, only red. Walk toward the body of lava and Groudon will be resting there. Directly face him. He will slowly approach you and challenge you. BE READY! He isn't as difficult as Kyogre though. Your Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls will come into place here. He is also Level 70! Good Luck.

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Now its time to catch the three Regi's - Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. You will need certain items and .. Pokémon to locate these Pokémon.

While playing this game, have you ever noticed three small identical caves with six smaller rocks surrounding them? If you have, you're probably wondering why they are there, you've probably found it really weird and suspicious too. You may have tried digging/rock smashing the entrance of the cave to get in? You're on the right track, but that's not all you need to do. It's quite a bit trickier than that.

♣ You will need the Pokémon Relicanth, this can be found underwater on routes 124-126. You will need the following HMs to locate a Relicanth - Dive & Surf.

♣ You will need the Pokémon Wailord, this can be found north of Mossdeep City. You will need the Super Rod to find a Wailord.

After capturing the Pokémon listed above, you will need to fly to Pacifidlog Town, and head west using surf.  There is very fast flowing currents surrounding this town so it may be hard trying the find the place you are searching for.

After surfing from Pacifidlog, surf downwards until you find the lowest possible wave that you can flow on and surf onto it. You will be challenged by a very easy trainer at the end of this ride. After the battle, head to the bottom left rock of the island and around it where the sea and rock are between you. Use Surf and you will be taken to another Island. Go to the left corner again and use surf. After fighting two trainers that are waiting there at the end of the surf, ride the short wave next to the island and grab the item. Finally, go down to the very bottom of the island where it resembles one of these weird caves that have no opening and use surf. You will be taken to one last Island, so head to the bottom left corner (again) and walk three spaces upward. Use Surf and you arrive at the place where you use dive.

After you have use dive and are underwater, head down and use dive in front of the braille. This will bring you to a strange cave with more braille and a lot of rocks. Ignore them and go back to the wall. Use dig in the middle of the Braille. It will say that you will return underwater, but it's secretly going to open up a small cavern. YOU MUST DO THIS FOLLOWING STEP. Put Wailord as the first Pokémon in your party and put Relicanth as your last. If you click on the Braille it will trigger an Earthquake. The small weird caves that you seen earlier are now open. *You can now capture the three legendary Pokémon - Regice, Regirock, Registeel.

------------------------------------------------------

Let's start with Regice

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

♣ You will need the following HMs - Surf

♣ You will need to have completed the steps above. (
Wailord & Relicanth)

This Pokémon is located on Route 105. You will need to surf south on Route 104 on the left side until you hit two islands with trees on them. Get off on the first island and walk around it. Surf north here until you reach a cave on an island. Enter this weird cave.

Like before, you will see Braille. The braille will state 'walk along the walls starting from the middle of Braille until you breach the starting point' Do this and the cave will open. SAVE THE GAME

When you enter this cave opening, Regice will be standing there waiting for you to approach and challenge him. The regi's are extremely hard to catch. This is the easiest of the three. It is Level 40 and is very tough, tougher than Rayquaza. Your Ultra Balls/Great Balls/Pokéballs, all the balls will come in handy here. Use your Hyper Potions too. Good Luck!

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Next is Registeel.

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and MANY Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

♣ You will need the following HMs - Flash

♣ You will need to have completed the steps above. (Wailord & Relicanth)

This Pokémon is located on Route 120. Fly to Fortree and head to Route 120, I would recommend avoiding the tall grass if you don't want Pokémon battles on the way. After passing all of the grass, drop from either ledge. Head towards the girl who gives you a rare berry and go up the stairs nearby. Walk upwards to the small field of tall grass and go through it. There is a cave just up those stairs. Enter it.

There is braille also in this cave. It states you must use flash in the VERY middle of the cave. This will open the cave. I recommend saving your game here. Inside this cave, Registeel is waiting for your arrival. He is extremely difficult to capture. I highlighted many ultra balls above for a reason. Walk up to it and it will attack you. Good Luck!

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Lastly, Regirock.

♣ You will need plenty of Hyper Potions and MANY Ultra Balls to even stand a chance against this Pokémon.

♣ You will need the following HMs - Flash

♣ You will need to have completed the steps above. (Wailord & Relicanth)

This Pokémon is located on Route 111. Fly to Mauville and enter the small desert. After entering the desert, head south and enter the small cave. Don't forget to save your game.

Again, there is braille in the cave. The braille states that you will have to use Rock Smash two spaces LEFT and two spaces DOWN from the middle of the Braille writing. If you do this correctly, the cave will open. Inside the cave opening Regirock is waiting for your arrival. He is harder than Regice but easier than Registeel to catch. Approach it and it will challenge you. Try using a premier ball on it if you have one. Ultra Balls will work too. Good Luck!

Congratulations! You have just caught a very rare Pokémon!

------------------------------------------------------

Next on our epic list is Latios / Latias. The reason for putting a slash between both names is that you cannot get both in the game without trading. You will need to have completed certain missions etc. in the game the locate either of these Pokémon.

♣ You must have beat the game - all GYMs, the Elite Four.

♣ You will need A LOT of Ultra Balls or even your Masterball to capture this Pokémon.

♣ A move such as Mean Look as the Pokémon can FLEE.

After beating the Elite Four, you will automatically be transported to your home after the game credits have shown. Go into your house and your mother will inform you of a breaking news program. The newsflash will state that there is a unidentified Pokémon ---------- End of Newsflash. Your mother will ask you what color the Pokémon is. RED or BLUE. If you want a Latios, choose blue. If you want a Latias, choose red. You do not need any tickets or any nintendo events to unlock this Pokémon.

There is no certain location for this Pokémon. It is randomly roaming the region like Entei etc. in Gold. You will randomly encounter it in the game. It can be found in surf around Mossdeep, Sootopolis and Pacifidlog. However, I found it on-land above Mauville City. It's really unpredictable. Flying from city to city will change its location. Use your bike/surf when travelling. As I stated above, this Pokémon will flee if you don't use Mean Look or something. If you don't have any of these moves, USE YOUR MASTERBALL. There is nothing else you can catch after this anyways.

You cannot capture Deoxys in this game if you don't have the Aurora Ticket, of which can only be obtained through a Nintendo Event.

You cannot capture Mew in this game if you have the U.S Version. You will need the Japanese Version. .

I hope this helped!
