Hello everyone. How is your summer going. Good I hope. Yes, I have returned. While I won't be here everyday like I have been in the past, I will be here more often than I have over the past year or so.

My Update:

I've been keeping busy with working at home. I have two businesses I started up. I'm having a blast working them and I love what I am doing. I'm also trying to help others with living a healthier lifestyle. Making some great friends online and off. Just doing what I can, and still living one day at a time.

I hope all is well with everyone. I'll try to keep you all posted on what's going on with me. Not anything super duper exciting but at least it's something good right? My life isn't too boring now. Haha. Take care, and hope to speak to you all soon!

I myself have been living a "healthier lifestyle" over the past few years. Cutting out Pop(Soda) and processed foods.

Maybe you could make some threads giving suggestions to the members on how to live a healthier lifestyle! With so many younger members, I think that would be great. Even if they don't get a ton of activity, I would still like to see some of that. As long as that's something you would want to do.

I even promote clean eating. If you don't know what the is, it's pretty much eating all healthy foods, and it helps your body clean out all the toxins.

Thanks for the welcome back. I really appreciate it. Glad to know you and I have something in common. Living healthy for me has been so much better and I have so much more energy. I don't feel as sluggish as I used to. What a difference it makes. LOL

SunflowerGaming : I completely understand. As I said before I have gone a similar route as you by cutting out all processed foods from my diet as well as GMO's.

As far as where to post those sorts of things, I would suggest Health / Fitness / Science for now.
