thetruemasterofgames : You can always type more than that about a topic if you're really passionate about it. It's about writing in an interesting way so that you connect to your readers, so they'll be interested in what you have to say. Otherwise you're cheating your readers and yourself, and you'll make a negative reputation, which can take a while to reverse. Just take your time and really think about the games you play.

thetruemasterofgames : But that's not true anymore. You made edits to your review and it is up to 300 words. This shows that you CAN write more than 200 words. The word count doesn't matter as much as the quality of your review and I think that you need to just sit down and just need to spend more time on each part of the game review. Don't just say your opinion, but also prove your opinion in each part. If you do this, I truly think that your word count will not be an issue.

Listen to the advice everyone is giving you. and yes tails is right, you are rushing these reviews, and being hasty with them I used to do that back then myself, you know what happended... Bad mistake I got a ton of junky reviews do to doing that.  You need to at least 1 use proper grammar and detail try using something like compound simple ,and condux setences. I learned about those That actually helped me out. 2 Take your time to do these reviews. Don't be hasty or In a hurry If you can't write the review by the end of the day write it some time tommorow Hasty reviews don't get you anywhere. trust me I've been there done that. it came back to haunt me . 3 When taking you're time you also need to think of how much words and what the words are and use  them properly. a few setenences really just doesn't appeal to any of the readers. as a long within depth given of the categories will give a view,and if they like it they might reply or not.  I'll slam down the categories, and what you need to do with them to try ,and help you out. 1 graphics talk about how good or bad the graphics of a game can be when compared to previous games or even newer ones if ya want as long as it's on the same system or same franchise. If not that would make your review unbiased. 2 Sound talk about how good the music ,and sound variety is. 3 addictiveness talk about what stuff makes the game great to you, and how often you would play it. 4 story if theres a storyline add most of it as you can if there's not a storyline,then  just skip it and don't rate it. 5 Depth how much the game offers like features modes ,and other stuff etc ,and how long it takes you to beat. Difficulty How possibly hard or easy the game can be. talk about the controls during that statement and tell users if they are laggy or responive tell which. and how that affects gameplay for you,and talk about you're overall opinion at the Overall part of the review. That's the last of the detail I can give out.
