Here is where you can say who your favorite Wide Receiver is. My favorite WR that I have actually watched is Donald Driver because he is able to get up the field fast and catch difficult passes that most other Wide Outs wouldn't be able to catch and isn't prideful like lots of other talented players.

My favorite WR is probably Julio Jones. He was beast last season, I expect similar numbers this season. XD

Calvin Johnson. He's nicknamed Megatron for a reason. He's an absolute beast. His touchdowns were down last year, but holding the single season record for receiving yards is pretty awesome.

I like Roddy White. He's an almamater of the school that I currently attend, representing us in the most awesome of ways. I also like Desean Jackson, not because he's a "great" player, but because he makes me laugh.

Former player I'd definitely say Jerry Rice, He's been a big inspiration to me and is one of the best of all time.  Current player would probably be Steve Smith because he catches almost everything, has great speed, and he has great touchdown celebrations.

My favorite wide receiver has to be Michael Erving. He was on Dallas a while back and he was great at the time. When ever Aikman needed a go to guy for the passing game, he always looked for Erving. He is my favorite player because he always had a great spirit whether the Cowboys won or lost. He had the most receiving yards for 3 seasons in a row. He took his team to the promised land twice, which means he won 2 super bowls with his great abilities to be a great wide receiver. This is why he is my favorite wide receiver.

I am a fan of Justin Blackmon just because of how he was really the only thing going for the Jaguars last season. It also may be because he got me a ton of fantasy points

patar4097 : You realize holding the single season receiving record means jack if your team never WINS? I mean a good chunk of those yards are "garbage yards" or yards that made no impact on the outcome of the game.

MordecooLol23 : You realize its spelled Michael Irvin right?

Now to answer the question, I'd have to say Larry Fitzgerald. The very definition of a Wide Receiver is catching ANYTHING thrown in the vicinity and coming down with it and to me there is no one better at doing this than him. When he came into the league, he made an immediate impact and it just goes to show you how important it is to have a QB who can throw it(his last few years have been terrible). Granted he doesn't have the speed of say a Julio Jones or a Torrey Smith but speed isn't everything. If that were the case, we'd be seeing far more James Jett's and Darrius Heyward Bey's who have blazing speed but who can't catch the ball worth a damn.

DH110985 : Yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that he got that many yards. He's with a team that at least last year, wasn't that good. Not to mention, the entire system he was bugged with hand issues. Almost every week, they were saying he might not play, but he did anyways.

mrfe : I agree. My favorite Wide Receiver is also Julio Jones, and I am also a fan of the Atlanta Falcons. The only thing is, I think Julio Jones will have BETTER numbers this upcoming season. The only reason he won't have better numbers is because the Falcons will have a much, much better run game this year with Steven Jackson. The passing game will still be very effective but their running game will be 200% better. I absolutely can't wait for this season to start! I can't wait to see Steven Jackson run over everybody. The Falcons will RISE UP!!!

For me it is currently A.J. Green. As a Browns fan...(it's tough) I get to see a lot of him and he is just a beast. Big, fast, strong, great hands. All around great WR. Larry Fitzgerald is also up there. Can't wait for the season to start!!

My favorite WR ever was Randy Moss when he played for NE just because he was so dominate and the amazing double record breaking pass him and Brady had was just spectacular. Now my current favorite player is Wes Welker and I'm excited to see how he does in Denver. Patriot at heart <3

I would like to amend my statement on Roddy White, since apparently he likes to tweet that the Zimmerman jurors should "kill themselves" since they chose to acquit him. Sheer ignorance.
