I don't know if I should put this in the Video Game forum or the Web Splurge forum, but are you a video game commentator, posting videos on YouTube? I think there are some of you that do this on YouTube, whether if it is games now or games in the RGR. They can be Let's Plays, Top 10s, Game Reviews, VS commentary, etc. How do you think you do with these types of videos? You think you are a good commentator? have a good voice? Give good instructions or reactions? Good editing or good content? Or do you know what you need to do to improve as a commentator? Better recorder? Better sound? Creative ideas?

Tell us your opinions from these questions and I would like to see your work! Post a link of one of your videos in this thread.

I do Let's Plays.  I'm currently doing my first ever Let's Play and I know I could do better.  Sometimes I have some awkward silent moments in my commentary but hopefully I can improve.  I am still trying to get the hang of editing my videos but hopefully that will come around eventually.  I wouldn't say my reactions are classic but I think that I give half decent instructions.

MoblinGardens : Hey thanks for the reply. Just saw your video. I would say that there weren't that many awkward silences and I think you do a good job making comments while you are playing the game. Some of them might be a little rambling or redundant, but overall I think it's pretty good. I guess the main problem is that it is really hard to commentate Minecraft by yourself. Minecraft is definitely a community game and it is a lot better if you do this with a friend. Some of the more well known Minecraft video creators have one thing in common: they make Minecraft videos with other people or participate in group Minecraft events. The recording seems pretty good. What would you consider to edit if you know how to edit?
