Here I ask you what is your favorite player of all time in any sport.  My favorite player of all time would be Troy Aikman.  For my main reason is he was the reason for me playing football and also because I love the cowboys.  But that's not the only reason he also is was a good football player he didn't not do anything for the cowboys, when he played for the cowboys he won 3 super bowls and the cowboys still today have only 5 super bowl wins so that means troy aikman has over half of the cowboys super bowl wins.  Also I like him because when I was a younger saw troy aikman be inducted to the hall of fame which was pretty exciting for me.  That is why Troy aikman was my favorite player in all sports.  Now tell me who's your favorite player in all sports.

If I had to choose from my team (the Titans) it would be Chris Johnson. Very fun player to watch and one of the best even with our lack of a good interior offensive line to block for him. If I were choosing all time players it would be a tie between Reggie White and Barry Sanders. Both classy players and arguably the best of all time at their respective positions.

I'm a baseball man and I love pitchers.  I'd watch a 1-0 game in baseball any day.  Nolan Ryan, The Ryan Express, is the greatest pitcher of all time and holds a ton of records in stats that matter.  He doesn't have wins but wins don't show what a pitcher can do.  You can throw 20 games of 15 K, 7.1 innings, 2 ERA, and a WHIP of .85 and lose 2-1.  Your record is 0-20.  

Wins are horrendous and shouldn't count.

The real stats, like Ks, ERA, WHIP, and speed are what matter to me.  Ryan, who had his number retired by three different teams, owns everybody in those stats.  He was the best there ever was and was powered by beer and pizza.

How do you not love someone like that?

My favorite to  watch was Nick Lidstrom. In my opinion, he was the best defensemen in the NHL. Sure, Bobby Orr was great, but he didn't show it for as long as Nick did, so that's why I go with him. Might not be the most exiting, but still my favorite, and the Wings without him this year makes me realize even more how great he was.
