Please refer to what it says by your name. As of right now, if the 4 do not enter a score, they will be dropped, leaving 12 people. The bottom half scores will go to a loser's bracket, and the upper half scores will go to a winner's bracket. It will be played as if it is the NFL play-offs. "Seeds" will be drawn at random. However, Net Play will not need to be used... Just whoever has the highest between the two.
If they do submit a score... we will still drop the no entries, and then break off half and half as described above, and we'll figure something out as to how to eliminate from there.

thing1 : I really.... REALLY wanted to do this but....... go ahead and drop me out. I am fighting to get through this work.  I wasn't expecting the state to investigate our school in March. I thought it would happen at the end of February when I first signed up.  Sorry.  

Singelli : as long as you get something in, you can stay in., Unless... everybody wants to just put you in the loser's bracket? I understand the situation, and would hate to hold that against you.

aww, well that's really generous of you.  I appreciate the gesture, but I'd also understand you being fair.  I was going to wait and try playing the game with Jigsaw, but I've been buried in work since noon today and not making much headway.  I keep dozing off. Tell ya what... I'll try to force myself to stay awake and get something done.  Don't drop me yet, but if I don't get anything in before 10pm, go ahead and just put me in the loser's bracket.  I'll try to get SOMETHING in though.  I could spare ten or so minutes, though I'd hate to get off track, seeing as I can't even stay on track now.  I feel a little overwhelmed with all these paper work I have to do.  My list of things to do in notepad extends down my whole netbook screen.

Singelli : O.K. If that is what you want, and everybody else does not have a problem with it.


And... UPDATE!!! DOUBLED MY SCORE!!!

My score isn't what I wanted it to be but I haven't really been able to practice. I hope to do better in later rounds.

I still don't understand why high score mode isn't being used in this tournament. That just leaves it open for people to cheat.

Jordanv78 : the only way i c to cheat is by using pac boost, but u can c in the screenshot if someone uses it, far left of the bar underneath the score will show an icon if pac boost is used

I realised that I used the pac booster in my last run, Here is another score without it.


 

Jordanv78 : High Score mode is not being used because then if they get a lower score in say... round 4 than in round 3, it will not show up in high score because it is not higher. You can play in high score... but you still have to follow the rules of each round.

Jordanv78 : i realize why u said it should be in high score mode now, normally you can use the save/load state but in high score mode you can not. I also agree that at least the following rounds should be in high score mode/head to head.

Played in high score mode so that there's no possibility of cheating via save states.
