Well it depends on what level your Pokémon are. If you are strong enough to defeat the League Four, then that's the best place to train. If not, just stick to the final cave. But if you are weaker, then the space bar is your friend. If you hold onto it, then run back and forth in a patch of grass, and make sure your first move can take care of them, you can train up to a good level in no time.
