I recorded a 1:54 minute video of Pokémon 3 in 1. (the hack that I made) It's really hard to catch Charmander and in this video I caught him. This is a very great moment.

There's no maximum length but if it's too long than the staff might not watch it all and therefore wouldn't vote on it. The preferred length would probably be between 30 and 60 seconds. I would definitely try to keep it under 2 minutes.
