So yea, this little incident happened when I decided to test the Mother 3 sprite editor. 
Well, after testing with it and saving the sprites on the ROM, I decided to clear out the other ROMS to make room.  I accidentally deleted something that made the ROMs unusable. I tried to make it so that they link with Internet Explorer out of anger that I lost my sprites, but to the least of my expectations EVERYTHING that was currently up had become linked with internet explorer (Everything on my desktop and some other programs). I don't know how to fix it, because if I try to link it again with something else everything switches with it as well. I don't know how to undo it to have NOTHING, either. Really need some help.

alexanyways : I'm not using IE as my browser, I'm actually using Chrome. Onto my situation, I'm trying to find out how to make it so that it stops using internet explorer when I bring anything from my desktop up, because it makes them unusable.

Anyways, is Chrome your default browser? Because if IE is still your default browser, it's going to open whenever you click a link on your computer when it's outside of the internet.

It sounds like you're talking about file associations? You mean when you try to open files, they try to open with Internet Explorer rather than the proper program?

If that's the case, what operating system are you using specifically? I can probably tell you were to go to change file associations.
