It is a close battle between the Song of Healing from Majora's Mask and the Song of Storms from Ocarina of Time. 
Both are 3 beat per bar songs and they are probably the only kind I like since I can not stand waltz music.

I will say for now that the Song of Storms is better because it has that adventure like feel to it. I really think it should be the song that plays when on the boat in Wind Waker.

 Ohhhhh man. If there is one song that will be forever stuck in my head, it would be the Song of Storms. I love it. When I first heard this tune at the windmill in Ocarina of Time, I was just sitting there for 10 minutes jamming to it. I even have this melody as my ringtone, so I can listen to it's soothing sounds. Sometimes I don't answer the phone until the end so I can listen to it. Other than that, I also enjoyed Epona's Song. Maybe just because every time I visited Lon Lon Ranch or call Epona the tune occurred.

even though I have not played much of the Zelda games, I would have to say molgaras theme from wind waker, ive listened to it over and over and over again, and its a great theme! (I also love the fact its in smash bros.)

It's a lot to really think about in this category, but I would say the Sailing theme in Wind Waker would take the cake in this one. It's just waaaay too fun to really put down. Not only the game itself, but the soundtrack as well.

This is a really hard decision. I really liked the rendition of Song of Storms in Oracle of Ages, the credits theme of A Link to the Past and the Song of Awakening from Links Awakening. So yeah, I think I can't choose a specific one of those, but those are my top 3 in no specific order
