Ok, I have finally edited this, again. Refer to previous threads for info before pineamora villa.
Be social(talk to people), use the dowsing machine(received on Snowy Path), and explore every square inch if you want all the items.

From Pineamora - Redwood, follow the Pine Path at the end you will see an old lady's house where you can rest your Pokémon. A few paces left and up from said house there will be a cave into Mt.Skywall(get through there by yourself). While going through the mountain you will see a smashable rock, remember it. After getting out you will be on High Path, where a cave with a Lv.55 legend is hiding. Then when finally in Redwood City, you can catch a Pokémon hiding in a tombstone in Redwood Church, and acquire a Lv.5 grass starter in flower shop. Before battling the gym, I recommend going south and battling the couple in front of stardust fountain. Then when back in Redwood you can battle Dez and her Zourark(or how ever you spell it). Now after you find rock smash (I have forgotten where most HM's are, so talk to people) go back to Mt.Skywall and smash that rock I mentioned and take that path. You should emerge at Tyron Tower, or as most people know it, The Pokémon League. You can't challenge it yet but you can rest your Pokémon there for now.  Go right of the tower and  you'll be on Marble grasslands where the Holy Karst Cave is located. Go through the cave then you can go through all of the grasslands. When you make it to the bridge you will meet N, who is talkng to himself. When you finally get to Marble City you get to fight that annoying cop. After defeating him you can enter Marble City where you'll find a Lv.5 fire starter. There are two shops here:The Black Market(don't tell anyone) and the superstore. Go to the gym and you will meet Ash and his new friend who is a gym leader. He will fly all of you to the S.S.Bluesea to find Samuel. After that you can battle Samuel and his ferocious Feraligator. Then head north to the new Mt.Skywall cave where you receive strength from a fighter looking dude. After getting through the mountain(again)you will be on Navel Path where at the end you will need to battle Lily(remember her?). Then go through the cave known as the Jade Pass. When you get through there you will meet your two favorite team mirage members, and after that go north to Volcano Town, sweet nightmares(you'll see what I mean). Here you can get a lovable egg with a lapras inside. As far as I can remember you can go ahead and challenge the gym there. After you beat the gym go north, someone will try to block you but the cop will reveal he is disguised and is really a team mirage member. After that battle continue north to the monastery where the monks await you. In there is a PC to swap your Pokémon before the battle. When you walk up to the monks you will talk to the leader and be forced to battle all of them in a row. Then you get the ruby. Now leave the monastery and continue up the mountain. At the top you will meet one of the admins again but this time he has Reshram. Now go back to Marble City and go to the south side and you'll eventually find the entrance to Rumors Forest where you can catch a legend of Lv.30 who you can also catch multiple times. Now that you're out of there go south by surfing(P.S. The entrance to High Edge Falls[where a Lv.??? Psychic dwells] is here remember it because its a good shortcut back to Amberyellow)and you'll be at Bronze Port. Here is located a Lv.5 fighter and Lv.5 water Pokémon and also team mirage has taken a stand on the big platform in the middle of the city and taken over the light house yay!!! Now go kick them out. It is pointless trying to get into the gym it is locked and just sits there. Now after the light house go to Amberyellow And go left again to Mugwort Villa where you can get a Lv.5 water type I liek.
After battling the Ice gym leader Aisha and that Milotic go left, the path to Mt.Snowy is blocked(hiding inside is lv.70 legend and possibly team mirage),so go north. Up there the cop will battle you. Surf through the lake and when you get off your Pokémon you should eventually meet Alvaro and he'll bring you into the Rainbow Rock to talk to the guardian. Now go to left, up, cut the tree, surf up and right, now continue to Halfleaf City. Battle your rival/The gym leader now, Pure and her Garchomp(if boy), or Iron and his Haxorus. While you're here don't forget to pick up your lv.5 grass starter, get your super rod from the fisher behind the gym, and make your Pokémon forget some of those unwanted moves at the move house. Now before/after the gym battle proceed onto the beach where you'll meet the time guardians again. After that go into Halfleaf Cave where you get the item to merge Reshiram and Kyurem. There in the depths of the cave you encounter team mirage and steal the item. Go to Bronze port into storage room, you should have storage key now, and battle team mirage. Now fly to Marble City and go into Mt.Skywall. You will need surf, rock smash, and strength(flash is optional, but recommended).Also you can NOT have more than 5 Pokémon in your party. In the dark room go down and you will see water, surf left.
You will hit land and may need to search a little but there will be more water will be to your left. When you can't go left any more go up and follow the path till you see a ladder go up. Now you should be able to take it from there. Once you make it out of the cave and on the mountain side you may see The North Wind, Suicune. When you get to a certain point you may be stopped because you didn't listen to me when I said you can only have up to 5 Pokémon. When you get to Kyurem W you will be saved from a nightmare by a Lv.65 legend of psychic and fire type who will join your team now. When battling Kyurem W you can throw balls but they won't work, he is the only legend with a catch rate of 0. Fun fact: Most legends have a catch rate of 3 (Fact by Serebii.net, Where legends come to life).



Anyways I hope that doesn't count as advertisement, just giving credit to who I learned that from. Now a true double battle with Uranium, you, Night, and Wind. Now when you get back to Halfleaf and have dive go back to the beach and follow the water till you can't surf any more there will be a large dive spot under you. Now dive and go right and remember your item finder/dowsing machine here, lotta items. When you surface you should be close to Grey Island, which has a PC and market all in one also Evee-S is here, unlike Evee, Evee-S can evolve into Leafeon and Glaceon and if you own a Ditto you can have both. Now after that continue right to Flora Island where I believe you must battle some one then the gym. This gym is special. You must battle a certain trainer(who I will tell you if you wire me 7 Viz . This certain trainer has the key to the middle room that a green dude is blocking. In the room you will find the leader, Siena and her Latias. After that there is still a route on the main land you haven't explored, Freshair Bay.  Here at Freshair Bay you will find a Lv.uhh...55 I believe and lovely oceanic view. Now go to Tyron Tower where you will battle The (Duh nah) Elite (DUH NAH) Four (DUNH NUN NANANANA). The shocking Ebby, the powerful Cyasie, the ghostly Zach, and grounded Violet. And The Champion, Jacob.
