Simple question so I don't need to explain much.

How many times do you weigh yourself to see how much you wiegh?

Couple or rules...

1. Post both your weight in pounds/kilograms is not required, but it will help with some of our Metric members who are not used to Pounds (thou I think most people know about the Pound system).

That's about it.

I myself weigh myself about once every Month.

I don't weigh myself.  I'm highly trained, I run marathons and triathlons and I play all sorts of sports and I don't care how much I weigh.  I worry about speed, strength, skills, and endurance.  The number itself doesn't mean anything to me.  I'm in the neighborhood of 155 lbs at 5'7 but it's insanely fit.

I do get my blood pressure checked twice a week or more.  I keep my body fat % in check and I monitor my drinking and eating habits.  Otherwise I train hard and I don't worry about weight.

Weight doesn't mean anything to me.

I never weight myself because I'm so frustrated with how skinny I am. I'm not a bean pole but I just am tired of not being able to gain weight. I've been on weight gaining diets and stuff of that sort it never fails. If I work out I have to eat like 4-6 meals a day and drink shakes so I don't burn myself out. I think it's called metabolism system that burns calories and I can injest fast food all day and sit on my butt playing Halo and not gain a lb.

If I let myself go and not take care of myself I can lose 10-15 lbs in two week period but at the moment I weight 155 and I'm 6 ft and that's when I'm constantly eating and doing things to promote weight gain. I hope when I get older, much older that my system slows down a bit and I can gain so weight so I can have more mass. I was even called "rag doll" in grade school because I was so easy to push into the lockers but that's a story for the cafe corner ha..

Daily, even though I think you're only supposed to weigh once a week. And I weigh 163 currently, but I'm working on building more muscle, and lowering my Body mass (shooting for around 10%), so it's constantly changing. I'll find the kg and edit later.

I weigh myself every time I do Yoga, since I use Wii Fit Plus for that. There's an option to do your "Body Test" where it checks your BMI and weight first and then you do a little game that tests your balance, agility, and a few mind games too.

I pretty much do Yoga every work day (which is Sunday-Friday for this month), but there are some days I do not feel like doing the Yoga, or don't have time for it (namely, Sunday shifts). I used to weigh close to 180, but lost a lot of weight when I started doing the Yoga and other exercises, as well as when I started working. I last weighed myself at 157lbs, and I'm 5'10. According to Wii Fit, they say a good weight for me is 155 or so, but I am satisfied with where I am now. Work generally has me lose the weight pretty easy, and had raised my metabolism so I nearly can eat anything I want and not gain much/any weight. I still try to go for balanced foods of course, but I won't hold back if I get a snack attack.

I don't weigh myself that often, mostly because whenever I do, I'm the same as before, which is usually every three weeks or so. But the scale at our house broke, so I haven't weighed myself at all the past month.

Well, being in the Army, about every 2 weeks or so. I need to gain a little weight in muscle, in order to get to where I want to be right now.

I weigh myself about once or twice a year, since I know that I going to be really lightweight for my age and size. I got my weight at the doctor yesterday and it said around 100 pounds.

Once a week is enough. It can tell me if I'm eating enough - my main "problem", since I want to gain muscle mass (but as a human radiator, it is quite hard)

Personally I just weigh myself whenever I see a set of scales.. I don't why as I don't really care that much for my weight.. It's just like a magpie and something shiny... I'm just like "Wow!, Scales I better weigh myself"

Though if i was to put an average on the amount of times i'd say maybe once a week or so.

About Every Two Days.

Good Luck.
Peace.

Almost forgot to put my weight down.
148 pounds.

I am trying to get to 150 to 155. It has been a ten year battle to get the weight up that much.
For some reason my body wants to stay at 140 to 145.
I have no idea why either.
I might try weight gainer when I am in my 40's if the problem persists.
The reason I don't bother with weight gainer now is due to the amount of times I frequent the bathroom when taking mere Protein Shakes.
I have way too much to do to be stuck in the bathroom longer than 3 times a day. (Get allot of reading done though.)

Hardly. I get weighed every time I go to the blood bank to donate, which is rare now since I'm in school. Weighing so often if you're not working out or exercising seems kind of pointless, since you're just seeing an increase rather than a decrease (if that's what you're going for), and you're not supposed to weigh yourself more than once a week in the first place.

Let's put it this way. I don't weight myself enough. I used to have a scale in my bathroom, and because of that, I was extremely weight conscious. Once the scale stopped working, I don't pay as much attention anymore. Definitely not a good habit to be in.

There was a time I was 230 pounds at 6'0. That was too high, so I decided to start working out. I weighed myself every day and lost over 30 pounds before gaining some back after getting busy and losing my workout routine. Currently I'm at around 210, which is too high for me, but I feel like I'll be more motivated to get the weight off if I get a new scale.
