KG : What's Catblock? I never heard of that. What does it do?

Ktanaqui : I don't understand what you mean. You tried to do what the best you could?

Catblock is an extension of adblock. For April Fool's Adblock, instead of hiding the ads, replaced them all with pictures of cats being disgustingly adorable. So you'd be reading something and there's just a side panel or a banner of sweet little kittens derping around instead of stupid crap so you can get your hair back or go to college for free or whatever. It was awesome, haha! If I had tons of money I'd totes pay for it.

I used to be a browser purist. I hated most extensions, complaining that they would just slow down my computer and this and that an the other. It was only very recently that I even started using them at all, and now I have tonnes of them! I use Look of Disgust, which just keeps a handy drawer of emotes. It's not very useful, but come on! ლಠ_ಠლ

I also have a YouTube extension which monitors my subscriptions. I almost never watch videos on Youtube, but I like ViHart, PeriodicVideos and TDarnell's stuff, so I keep that up there to let me know when they post new videos. I also have a a Pulse extension which simply brings me to a list of articles I've starred on my phone. I read things at work sometimes and want to talk about them later, but I usually forget without the extension at home.

Then I have StumbleUpon for when I get bored. That one doesn't get a lot of use, due to me not having time, but I find good stuff on it occasionally. I also have the Google Voice extension, so I can check my voice mail without using my phone; Adblock of course, who wouldn't use that?

Invisible Hand is one of my favorite extensions. It just sits in the background silently monitoring what I do, but if I look at something, say on Amazon or eBay, it automatically does a search for that item and tells me where it's cheapest. Very, very handy.

By the way, if you want an FTP plugin for Chrome, there's a bunch on the webstore. But I don't know why you would do that when FileZilla is free and easy to use.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
