What is one of the worst accidents or a scene where you were in serious pain in your life?
For me, it would have to be the time when I was about 14 years old and I was at my friends house l and my friend was cooking something in the kitchen and was boiling water. I was shirtless and I walked into the kitchen and he had the pot filled with boiling water in his hands and he accidentally bumped into me with it and burned my right body and arm just a little and started to sizzle. I was in pain for about 10 minutes and I had burned skin on the right side of my body. It was hard for me to move my arm and twist my body. As the days went by, it starts to peel and hurts a little when peeling in some areas. It was a very painful time. What was weird was that I did not want a towel to wipe off the water on me. I have no idea why lol.

When I was in the Marines, I went to a wedding in deltas, which are like dress blues but with a khaki shirt instead of the nice one.  We have shirt-stays that keep the shirts down so they don't bunch up.  They are elastic bands that have metal/plastic clips that attach the shirt to your socks so the shirt is pulled tight.

I was trying to pull the shirt stay off the sock and I had the elastic stretched thin.  It let go before I realized it and I got hit in the eye by the plastic part moving at a high rate of speed.  It may have  been the worst pain in my life.  My eye slammed shut and watered and was red for days.  I screamed like a girl and thought I was blind.  There was panic, pain, and it was horrible.

That's my worst thing.  I'm lucky so far.

Well, When I was kid, me along with my friends, used to like doing Wars with rocks ( Stupid, I know )

Once we were playing, and then from the nothing, a rock hits me near of the Eye. I could have lost it, I was really lucky...

Even though I busted my chin open ( I didn't feel the pain at all when it happened, weird ) my worst accident I remember having is when I was younger and I was riding down this hill that had cracks in it and I rode over them and my scooter tripped sending me flying off it and me hitting the ground hard, rolling down the hill. I can say I rolled for a good 17 seconds and after I stopped I felt all the open cuts and scrapes I had all over my arms and both my knee's. My worst cut was on my left knee. It was bleeding to the point that the blood was leaking down my leg. I can barely get up and walk down the rest of the hill to our family van. I somehow did not cry yet the cuts and scraps hurt really bad. The scars healed so you can not see them anymore accept the one on my left knee. That happened so many years ago...

I tripped while walking down the stairs I was a in a lot of pain at the bottom, but nothing got broken. I wasn't even bleeding to. I got really lucky there because the stairs were cement.

Wow. I had two major accidents in the past. I remember one time when I was little, I was watching this kids tv show on some channel and I was jumping on the couch and playing. Then I slip on the leathery couch and my eyebrow area hits the corner of the coffee tables and blood was gushing everywhere and I had to get stitches. The bright side of that was, I got a whole box of ice cream.

I've had a lot of painful situations but since recent situations haven't been all that painful compared to when I was younger, I'll post about that.

I think I was 14 and I was trying to do a backside 180 on my skateboard off a 10 foot stage and broke my ankle - I had to walk home from there pretty far because I couldnt skate.

Whelp, when it was healed I tried again flawlessly. I was stoked.

When I was 10 (or 11, it was a long time ago), I was playing football and I scrapped my knee on a sidewalk pavement pretty bad. The scrap was so bad that I could see these small little balls inside (I want to say it's fat cells, but I'm not a hunderd percent.) The doctors used a dermal adhesive to close the wound...couldn't shower for a week

Surprisingly, I haven't been THAT injured in my life. In recent memory, I have busted my chin wide open in Kindergarten,(got butterfly stitches, still have a scar) and broke my wrist in 6th grade(did all my homework on computer. How ironic.) Other than those, I've been regularly sore, and pulled a few muscles here and there.

You know, I feel so incredibly lucky.  I have never experienced severe pain, and I've never been in a situation where I risked it.  Since my parents were super strict and my mother was a worry wort, we were pretty much never in harm's way.  I haven't even been stung by a bee....can you imagine that?!  -.-

Worst accident that I'd ever had was I had my arm broke when I was younger. Was laid out in my bedroom floor having a tantrum with my arm against the door. My stepdad tried to force the door open and the rest is pretty much history.

The only one I remember was when I was 16 and I was working at McDonald's. I worked in the grilling area. I was the fastest on in the whole restaurant so I always cooked. Anyway, you have to be fast, hence the term "fact food", and when I was going to put some hamburgers on the grill, my hand bumped the top of the grill and I have a 3rd degree burn. I remember it even scarred. Eventually the scar went away by using vitamin E oil on it after it healed, but that was definitely one of the worst pains I ever experienced in my life.

Well when I was younger the worst accident that happened to me was when I sprained my ankle riding a scooter.  Now at the time people thought I was an idiot, "how do you sprain your ankle riding a scooter". Well I'll tell you how.   I was riding my scooter like usual doing some type of race thing I did (I have quite the imagination), and one go around I went further down the driveway than I thought (this is a driveway over a football field long) and as a result I made a turn to go back.  I took it but didn't turn enough so now I was heading straight to the grass, which I thought would just hurt and I'd be pretty injured.   I hit the breaks and the scooter suddenly did a wheely and without realizing it I fell backwards.  My right foot stayed on the scooter like it was glued on there and after the fall my foot felt broken.  My dad was way off in the distance, I called for him but to no avail.   After babying my foot back on the scooter and pedaling up the driveway my dad finally saw me and off to the doctors I went.

I've been blessed in the fact that I've never been injured very badly.  However, while we were living in Alaska, my father received a pretty grievous wound.  He had been chopping wood for the fireplace, and one of his swings of the axe somehow came back at him and chopped him in the knee!!!!

I remember him pretending like it was no big deal.  He cleaned it off and sat in the living room, using the flap of skin like a little mouth to make it look like his knee was talking.  -.-

I would not say I have had a really bad injury but I did fall up the stairs then slid down 25 steps and hit my head on a door at the bottom, I was unconscious for about five minutes and had a head wound, lost a tooth and broke my toe, but I know a lot of people who have done worse (like my mate who has broken 30 bones in seven years)

Nothing really serious has happened to me lately. Once when I was about 6 I bit a hole through my tongue, which hurt pretty bad. And I believe the same year I was at recess playing with the woodchips on the ground, then in the middle of class my eye starts stinging. It got so bad that I had to go to the school nurse who gave me a swab with some sort of liquid on it. My eye got even worse, it was bloodshot, gushing tears, and stung like crazy. I eventually went to the doctor's who then looked under my eyelid and saw a small wood splinter! He took it out and my pain was instantly relived. Other than that I've had scraps, scratches (I have a couple scars), and my funny bone hit very hard.

I've had a bunch of accidents that were stupid and/or avoidable. I had a rib cracked back when I played high-school football, and it nearly punctured a lung. That was the end of my athletics career, not that there ever really was one.
Also managed to burn myself twice while working in kitchens. One was while I was changing fryer oil, and managed to burn the insides of both my arms pretty badly. But I patched myself up and went to a party right after, where I had something to talk about.

More recently though, I was doing dishes at home, and noticed a broken glass. I tried throwing it out, and nearly lost the tip of my middle finger. I tried to keep cool, casually trying to clean it and look for bandages, even though blood kept pouring out. Eventually my girlfriend asked if I was okay, and I said "Yeah, fine, just cut my finger a little." She noticed the blood running down my hand, stifled a panicked "Oh my god!" and took me to show her mother. I asked "You think I should go to the hospital?" ever so calmly. Her mother said "Yes! Let's go! I'll drive you!"

Doctor tried to glue it shut, but there was too much blood and it didn't work. He then ran out of the room and brought in two nurses to help stitch my finger shut. Needless to say, after all the blood loss I was feeling rather out-of-sorts, so afterward we went to Wal-Mart. I don't remember the last time I bought so much junk food and root beer.

The pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep, and I had too much sugar to be tired. So I stayed up all night and played through all of Super Mario RPG.

The moral of the story? Get someone else to do the dishes.

I've had a lot of accidents, but this also kind of wins the category of worse memory too.

When I was about 6, I visited my best friends Jackie's house.
My mom was against it, but since my father was the only one home at the time, it was allowed.

So I went to go visit her house. (by the way, she wasn't home, so I ended up napping under her tree.) But when she arrived home, I was happy, and we played with race cars and Barbie's. (mainly race cars for me.)

Then we went to the backyard to play house in her tree house. When we were done playing I was about to head back home.
Her dog was laying in front of me though, with a wagging tail.

Jackie smiled and handed me her dogs brush which had been laying on an outside chair. She told me to brush her, saying that she wanted me to- that is why she was blocking my way.

Jackie's dog was a Doberman. Much bigger than I, so I was a little scared at first, but after having visited a lot, I realised it was actually not a bad dog.

Considering that I loved dogs then too, it didn't really come to mind that it could be harmful. So I bent down and ran the brush backwards up her stomach.

But for some reason she became mad, and before I knew it she jumped at me and bit on my face.
I ran inside, crying. I cant even now describe the pain. Her parents saw that I was bleeding, and the first thing her mother did was run to me with a rag and cover my face. She told me to hold it and she called the ambulance.

I remember little bits of being uncomfortable panicking and making it a little difficult for the doctors. My mom was also mad. The dog got put to sleep, and Jackie ended up hating me. She didn't like me over her house or nothing.

And not only that, I have a scar on my cheek lip eyebrow, and eyelid from it. (sometimes its hard to see.) but its there.

So that's it.
