Really, none of the 3 choices have the largest oil reserve. That goes to Venezuela. So I assume you just mean which one out of those three choices is the greatest oil reserve. So my answer is:

C) Saudi Arabia

It also depends on when they last had a meal. Ones that ate recently live longer than one that did not upon the time of decapitation. But since the shortest you typically hear is a week, and I have personally seen one live just short of a month, I'll say:
