The beta games are, by default, incomplete. That's what beta is - a phase in development. If you have the complete game you are not playing beta anymore. People play beta games for curiousity... or in the case of Starfox 2 beta for the SNES... because it was never completed.

The other type of possibly incomplete game are 'hacks'. And most hacks never get completed by their original developers so what you're playing is quite possibly their latest (maybe their last) release. If that IS the case, Vizzed can do nothing about it except wait for the developer of the hack to make a better one... and for someone to report it to them so they can update it.
