I don't usually watch a lot of comics but the only comic that I really enjoy is The Walking Dead, it's also my favorite tv-series. I read manga most of the time and have never really bothered with reading comic, but I really like the art style and story in The Walking Dead.

I  haven't had the chance to read even half of the Comics/Manga's/Graphic Novels I'd like too, so I'm afraid my favourite is pretty boring. My favourite would have to be the Batman comics from when I was a kid, or the Iron Man ones. But as of Christmas I'm hoping this might change as I read some different ones.

I don't really read comics since they don't interest me that much. I read manga though, and that's similar to comics (only a very few differences).

To be honest I haven't read much as far as comic books. I have read manga before and I still enjoy doing that. But as for comic books, I have read a few avengers ones before but that is about it.

But comic books and manga are pretty much the same as ariaangeldream said, there are very few differences that separate them. Well to be honest I never got to get into comics.  I loved spider man and when I could when I was little picked up a copy once a year for my birthday.  I grew up very poor.

I got into manga when I was in high school and I collected the .Hack// series and the slayers series.

Comic strip wise I loved Garfield all the time and Dilbert!

My favorite comic are the Archie, Spiderman, and Superman comics that I've been buying from the local comic book store. I haven't been there in a while. It's so much easier to get them online and have a complete story rather than searching for specific comics and not finding them.

I would have to say my favorite comic would be Garfield as well as Mutts. I have always liked Garfield since I was a kid and I still think his strips are funny. I also like Mutts too.
